Property Ratings at Las Mansiones at Cimarron
I lived in Las Mansiones at Cimarron for 5 great years. Young professional. Never had a problem. Quiet and safe place. Front desk very responsive whenever i had any maintenance issue they fixed it immediately-always with a smile and very polite. Loved the gym and the pool. Great location. Great choice
If you live anywhere except the top floor, you will hear absolutely every thing from the unit above you. Management will never enforce quiet hours. Overpriced. Front gate is always broken
After I moved in, the FIRST NIGHT I could clearly hear the music from the bars next door. This was a reoccurring thing every week for the entirety of the year I lived there. No one did anything after I complained plenty of times. I could also hear everything my neighbors did and every step they took. Apartment living noise is understandable but out of all the apartments I lived in, this was the worst. For the price and location, NOT WORTH IT.
Lived in a unit where there was absolutely way too much noise from the bars with outside bands and management wouldn't do anything. So if you want to sleep Tuesday-Sunday before 2am, good luck. Then when it came to asking to move units they wanted $700 to move into a unit with the exact same layout not including the new $200 added to our new rent. Ended up leaving and have never looked back. Keep looking at other options.
The management here is horrible! They get to pick and chose when the rules are enforced, especially with the pool. The landscaping is unkept with trash everywhere and not to mention the dog parks around the complex are disgustingly dirty with poop. I understand as a pet owner it’s your responsibility to pick up after your pet but it’s the complex that also needs to enforce this and not just shrug the problem off. As per the previous comment we all had the same issue.

We apologize that there were some issues with our pool, We believe all issues have been resolved and do our best to uphold our pool guidelines and addendum. We do apologize that you felt your needs may not have been met. As for our property not being kept up to a better standard, Please let us know in our office any time. If you did and it was an oversight on our end, we can certainly be more on top of that. I know that our staff works hard and tries to keep up with all that they can. Regarding the dog parks I will make sure that we visit those areas more often as I believe they only do so while picking up grounds in the morning. We do try and uphold all tenants to “pet responsibility standards“. We also know that may not always be the case. If by chance you have any information on those that are not picking up after their pets we would love to know and can speak with those tenants. I know that we have sent multiple notices about that very same issues. We want you to enjoy your home with us here at Las Mansiones Cimarron and if there is every anything you feel we are not doing to your satisfaction please bring it to my attention and we will do all that we can to rectify that. The property needs better management. I have lived here for 4 months now and NOW just getting my name put on the mail to pay my rent/water. Now the office wants to play catch up on my water usage..hum. When this property Advertises WIFI CAFE that means bring your own computer. I guess that cant afford a few computer and a printer for there residents to use. But there competitors. Keep shopping around
