Covina-Valley is a large area south of Arrow Highway, about 20 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles. The town is densely populated with modern amenities and several businesses scattered throughout. Renters have a large rental market with a variety of apartments and spacious single-family homes to choose from. I have been living here for over 8 years and been treated very Professionally by management staff. Also the staff is very Prompt and effective. 10/10 Thank You..
There is one good thing about these apartments and it is the facelift that they've given to it recently. HOWEVER... DO NOT BE FOOLED BY IT! There has been a terrible and disgusting roach infestation in the apartments and management has done NOTHING but to blame it on the kitchen/sink pipes! The gates do not work half the time, making the gate to be open all night long for people to come and go as they please... which doesn't feel safe at all!!! Whenever you go to Veronica with any issue, she shrugs and says it's something she can't do, and blames it on the management who does little to NOTHING about it. It's terrible how they obviously do not care about their renters here. If I wasn't stuck on a lease, I would've moved out months ago! I am never planning on renting with Goldrich Kest again, and advise everyone to do same.

My apartment I live in currently is a friendly apartment complex nice and quiet inside is decent maintence man is nice the only thing I would change is that they stop raising rent every 6 months and that they come to update and fix stuff like carpet blinds floors bathroom etc.
