We call Las Palomas home
My wife and I are starting our 3rd year of residency here at Las Palomas. Hondo, first of all is a great community, away from the traffic, crime, and costs of living in San Antonio, and in Hondo, Los Palomas is a great place to call home, because it is quiet, and we feel safe. Since moving here we have witnessed many positive improvements to the apartments, including remodeling, fiber optic internet and tv services, a playground and picnic areas, coin and card operated laundromats, landscaping and internet portal for residents, increased staffing, and improved maintenance service and response times and much more.

Las palomas apartments is the best apartments it’s very quiet,nice and clean, they are pet friendly the staff is wonderful they are helpful and if you need something fixed they fix it right away, the people are friendly their is a playground for the kids as well as bbq pits and picnic tables if anyone wants to bbq for a picnic etc, we been Living here for about two years and it’s a great place to live at everyone including the staff is friendly you would love to live here come check them out and see if their is any vacancy’s and also they offer and have affordable cable and internet together, you wouldn’t be disappointed in living here with these wonderful and friendly people and staff

Great place to LIVE!
This is a great family friendly place. Very close to 3 schools. Right behind the apartments. Next to the city Recreation Center, which includes swimming pool, picnic area, courts and baseball field. Great side of the neighborhood in the city. Playground, 2 laundry facilities and a dog park coming soon. The new ownership has updated alot of units and updating the property. The property is also Fiber-Fed and offers Hi Speed Internet and Premium Direct TV with no hassle.

Great place to live
I have loved living at Las Palomas apartments. Their management and maintenance staff are great with the up keep of the grounds as well as service requests. My wife and I have enjoyed raising our kids in this community oriented complex. We plan on many more years to come here at Las Palomas apartments.

Amazing!
I was looking to move into an apartment asap and Las Palomas was very helpful in finding me a quiet, spacious and very nice apartment within a few days! The site has plenty of parking and isn't far from a lot of convenient stores. Definitely a great place to live

New to Texas!
We recently made a huge move from West Virginia to Texas, we were searching for places to stay in or around the Hondo area when we found Las Palomas Apartments! The apartment we ended up moving into has been completely renovated almost, and the staff here are incredible to work with, ver polite and professional! We love it here.

Ac problems
I have been waiting since Aug. 4th to have my AC repaired. They keep giving me the run around. Had to buy fans. the website says 24 hour maintenance on site...lives on site, but doesn't fix anything in an emergency.

not happy
i am currently living at these apartments, 4/2017, my apartment i am living in has been roach infested since the day i moved in, ive complained numerous times, theres is mold in my restroom , the electricity keeps messing up, my drains do not work. Linda the landlord is rude. she comes off as nice and Christian-like but dont be fooled . the apartment i lived in before was full of mold, so bad that the ceiling collapsed.

Effort and Reward
I was happy to find a place that offered flexibile lease terms because of the nature of my job and Linda, property manager and Joseph, property maintenance worked as a team to make my move in as easy as possible. The property is obviously making great changes as before moving, I was hearing some pretty bad things about the complex from within the community. When I moved in, the floors had recently been replaced with new carpet and Joseph immediately responded to some last minute requests to be move-in ready. The property itself is maintained by the residents nicely and I had great neighbors. Security was inherently provided via the Hondo Police Department and I would see them driving through the community at least once a day. Whereas the property seemingly had a negative reputation, Las Palomas management and staff are making incredible progress to make it a great place to live. I would recommend this property to anyone.
