The management team is impossible to communicate with, rude, and does not care about current residents. The apartment is overpriced and disguised as a “luxury” building. The carpets are stained with dog pee and the elevators reek of pee and weed. Save yourself a couple hundred dollars a month and go to someplace down the street.

The location is very nice in Downtown Minneapolis, with a close distance to bus stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Also the beautiful Mississippi river is close by. Staff is friendly. Not cheap but likely better value than a downtown apartment in many other American cities like Washington D.C. from what little research I have done.

My boyfriend moved here after living in Uptown and couldn't love this building more! All of the staff and residents are very warm and friendly. The amenities and common areas are well maintained and clean at all times. The building also feels very safe and has 24/7 front desk employees that are very helpful anytime you need it. Latitude 45 Rocks!
By far the best apartment complex that I have lived at in Minneapolis. The building is extremely clean, you can't beat the location, and management (Greystar) is extremely kind and professional. Drea, the Property Manager, has been exceptional to work with. She is quick to respond, attentive to your needs, and shows genuine concern and empathy for you, no matter the circumstance... And Brent gives one heck of a tour! Seriously, stop your search and move here. You won't regret it!

Ive been in many other communities downtown. Latitude is by far the best. Best tenants, concierge and amenities. The location is perfect for arts, entertainment and daily shopping.

I love living at Latitude 45! The design, architecture and quality of our building is definitely superior to other properties in the area. Our grand entrance is breathtaking! The interior finishes are of high quality and design. The L45 team is always quick to assist residents in a professional and friendly manner. All of this, with an excellent location to the river, light rail, and entertainment, makes Latitude 45 the best place to live in Minneapolis!

The Perfect Home
Love the outdoor dog area, and dog wash stations. Excited about new floors in community room. Really like pool area and how clean everything is. Excited to move in in September and so grateful to Brent for how helpful he was through the touring and application process!

Ive been very happy living in this building for 3 years now. Lovely community and great staff. Building maintenance is the best I have ever encountered and respond quickly. The location of this building is the best in the city. Very centrally located to anything one would need. I recommend this building very highly.

I love living at Lat 45. The fact that it is connected to the skyway is a huge plus. Especially when it is way too hot or way too cold. There are three grocery stores within walking distance (I suggest Lunds & Byerly). The river is two blocks away. For those who want to jog or walk or just look at the beautiful river and nature.

Latitude45 has been my home for the past 2 years and I cant say enough good things. It has been such a positive experience. Wonderful amenities, perfectly maintained and cleaned, great front desk staff and managers, real attention to detail. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to fix any issues with appliances or repairs. Highly recommend living in this great building.

I moved in when they opened in Oct 2015! Staff and receptionists are all fantastic!I reside in Chicago downtown on weekends so mostly here on weekdays! L45 is comfortable, convenient, accommodating living!
