Staff and the Maintenance team are super friendly and helpful! They will go above and beyond to help Residents. Love the layout of the two bedroom, there is plenty of space.

Its been almost a year, I love my apartment. Staff as a whole are very nice and pleasant! No complaints! Oh It would be nice if there was more maintenance staff. But I hardly have issues anyway so I'm good!

I’ve only been living here for about a month but I like the apartment and the community. The staff members are friendly whenever we speak. The problem is the WiFi is horrible!! It is a company called Hargray (do your research please) and is the only provider for this community. My husband and I work from home sometimes and we can barely get work done without the WiFi just CUTTING OUT. It is extremely frustrating, we attempted to have a movie night with some friends and of course the WiFi was out the entire time. It was so disappointing to not be able to host a simple gathering with friends like planned. Unfortunately, we’ve contacted Hargray numerous times and it’s always the “run around” with them. Don’t waste your time especially if you work from home. Unfortunately, we will not be re-signing our lease when that time comes.

It’s a half way point from Savannah and Hinesville. The office staff has been great to us and has been really nice. Our neighbours have been friendly too. It’s generally quiet and the price is nice for Luxury living. We love the amenities the community has to offer and I’m happy we found this apartment complex! No complaints here!

I dont understand where all if these good reviews are coming from. I'm currently in this apartment listening to music blaring and people screaming above me. Walls are paper thin. The bathroom shower wall is literally plastic. The towel rack comes off once a week because it's not even nailed in the wall. Our garbage is currently overflowing at the dump site. We had our cars broken into and wallets stolen a few months ago. I can only assume these reviews are from the owners friends.

Fantastic apartment in a very convenient location. If you're looking for someplace completely quite, Clean and safe i would recommend latitude at Richmond hill.

I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious and beautiful, the amenities are awesome and the staff is incredible! Always super friendly and offering help where needed! Maintenance is always super quick to respond!!! Everything about this complex is perfect and we are so glad we chose this place as our home!

Been living at the property since June when it was still Buckeye Plantation. The property and the apartments are nice and it is peaceful and safe which is important to me for my family. It shows the management are definitely doing their work to make sure prospective renters are not criminals and will not bring that kind of element to this property. There are several law enforcement officers and government agents that live on the property and lots of families and military. The management and all staff are super people and have always been nothing but helpful. If a person has issues just talk with them....they can’t work on or fix what they aren’t told about. They have always been friendly and prompt with me even to just sit and visit with....I’m sure Haley could complain of me talking too much at times as well as Eaton and Tyler could complain as well lol. They are improving the property every month and always explain what’s going on and what to do if there are any problems. Great job!

First off...I don’t do reviews but I have had a few people ask me about this place so I thought I’d share my thoughts. Reading the other reviews-to each is their own but I think the pricing is on par with what all you get. This new crew have been nothing but AMAZING since they have arrived and taken over! They had a HOTMESS on their hands from the previous management company. They have only been here a few months and this place is truly looking like the luxury apartments they advertise! We had a rough start with the old management when we first arrived 5 months ago and the way things were handled. Plus the place looked horrible! When the new crew came in, things started getting better and issues were addressed-thank goodness. The complex was manicured, cleaned up and things have been added and taken care of. I had an issue and I went to Haley/Eaton and that day Tyler was at my apartment checking out the problem and he was great problem fixed-as before it would have been days. They have really brought comfort to apartment living with resident events for kids and the adults-which is great because I have been able to introduce myself to my neighbors and get to know who I live around. I can’t say enough great things about the new crew and this complex we love it here.

We love it here. Our neighbors are great. They have helpful friendly staff . Pet friendly. Amenities are getting an upgrade for the better. Great place to live.

Overpriced. Staff is unhelpful. They changed their name and thought it would make everything better but they started adding new things without fixing everything that was old and broken.

Don’t waste your time or money here. The office staff was and always will be incompetent. They just got bought out and replaced the staff and they’re literally no better. From the start, they’ve given me the wrong key to my mailbox, didn’t fix or clean the carpet BEFORE I moved in like they were supposed to so when they finally got someone to repair it, they told me they wouldn’t bother until I moved ALL OF MY FURNITURE OUT. Like. What? And now they have a new “parcel pending” system that doesn’t work so they hold your packages hostage and force you to download an app and wait on a 1-800 number for 30 minutes just to register. And then the mail carriers don’t know about it so when they deliver your packages the app doesn’t give you a code to get in. And there response? To send an email (with several typos so you know they’re not very smart) telling YOU that YOU have to call Parcel pending to fix THEIR system. But don’t worry, when you try to contact the property manager she won’t be available because she needs to buy supplies all day for a Halloween party.

We love living here! It’s such a nice, modern apartment complex. All the basic amenities without all the dollar signs attached. Affordable living even on a budget. The staff is great, and we love how quiet it is out here. We are tucked back without feeling excluded from all that Richmond Hill has to offer. Minutes from shopping and eateries. Haley is a great property manager, and the staff is more than welcoming. Highly recommend!

There is way better for way less in the area. This place is falling apart, but instead of fixing what they have they are only building more. Management is terrible to the tenants.
