Nice and clean community. The elevators could be more efficient. Also maybe it was due to the weather, we had to deal with some silverfish. Thankfully, they seem to be gone. The shuttle is a great service. I hope it runs more often and more on time.

I used to live here a couple years ago but it was my first time in Houston coming from Alaska, I absolutely love the staff and the neighbors you meet. As someone that is alone in the city I have never felt so safe and at home anywhere else. That is why I came back after I moved away closer to my school and once I finished I came back. The apartment is fairly clean, but we’ve seen several silverfish since we moved in last month. It’s a very tall building, and we live on a high floor, but we’ve not had any issue waiting for the elevator, which is good. And the location is quite convenient for us.

The staff is incredible. Friendly and accommodating. The building is well maintained and very clean. My favorite aspect of Latitude is the Safety and Security. There are several layers of security to enter the building and limited access from the elevators. I feel very safe.

Management firxnt respond to emails and is less than friendly/cordial when visiting. The aroma in lobby is exceedingly strong; not adjusted properly. The parking lot doors often do not lock. Morning floor washers need to be reminded to use wet floor signs--this can be dangerous. Garage entry sensor is tricky. This property needs a more responsive and responsible manager.

We live since almost 2 years at Latitude and the quality is constantly shrinking(Staff, maintenance, cleanliness and security). At the other hand the rent is rising ridiculously each year. I am very disappointed.

As a current resident, I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism with both management and on-site staff. Very responsive to all requests in a timely manner. Other than the location of this apartment in the med center, this apartment complex is awful. They are a money-hungry, greedy corporate entity that will charge you insane amounts of money whenever they can by using shady business tactics and then give you absolutely ridiculous excuses. If you are a medical/nursing/PA student looking for a place to live in the medical center, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The new Life Tower is much cheaper, with a better location, and the management is not trying to screw you at every turn. Plus, the elevators at Latitude break every month. THIS PLACE IS PROBABLY THE WORST COMPLEX I'VE EVER LIVED IN

We just moved in last week here in latitude Med center. I am sooo happy to be near my workplace. An 8-10 min walk. Kelly gave me the schedule for the shuttle service and tried it the following day. I reached my workplace after 3 mins!!! Am so grateful to Kelly, really. The parking garage is so secured! The infinity pool at the rooftop is breathtaking! Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Please only move here if you are okay with tiny garages with dints in your car doors, long elevator waits, constant building repairs, lack of security of people sent up to apartments, rude and stuck up management, not being able to utilize valet because they do keep your keys if you do not get your vehicle when they are open, lack of presence of concierge and valet, lack of response or care of that matter from management. I do have one positive and that is the leasing professional Lydia, she is outstanding and seems to pick up the slack of just about everyone on the property- someone give that woman a raise because she keeps that place afloat.

You have the nicest pool in town. You should take advantage of the situation and make it a all year long heated pool (It would not be too costly since it is a small pool with about 3 feet of water). Otherwise, the employees at the Latitude are nice, the location is great and I love my apartment. Thank you! Martin

Overall, I love living here. I feel safe and convenient living in this building. The 35th-floor view is amazing and the 10th-floor gym is also great. I hope the maintenance could be improved a bit when residents have troubles (for us, the electric outlets issue)

Fishing for compliments?...lol The apartments up on the higher floors are quite beautiful. Not to forget the wide and far view of nearly everything in close proximity to this building. You get to see: the horizon, the busy streets, people messing around on the sidewalks and neighborhoods, colorful lights at night, the beautiful sky we all love, aaaand the close up view of cool helicopters landing on the neighboring hospital across the street. The fans are pretty nice to use...though there is only one remote. Decent kitchen space for one person. Bedroom/s have enough space and a great view (at least mine). Finally, the washer and dryer are pretty good at their job. There are quite a few issues though. The hallway is very small, appliances seem to be used, soo they break or have issues after a few uses. Living room space is very small. There is only one remote for the entire apartment...so be nice to your roommate (if you have one). Too expensive for the space. You have a pretty high chance of getting an unfriendly neighbor (there are quite a few unfriendly and unsocial people here). Aaand apartments are poorly soundproofed if not at all.

Latitude Med Center is a great building for people who need to live close to hospital. I only will increase shuttle services for longer time and other areas apart of the hospital.

Latitude Med Center is the nicest complex I have had the privilege of living in. They have a variety of unit sizes (which makes it easy to find a suitable fit). Actually, this was the reason I chose Latitude over some others in the area. There were so many unit options to pick from in different price points so I was able to find what would work best for my lifestyle. I also enjoy how central Latitude iswalking distance to Museum District, Rice Village and others. As well as being a short drive from Downtown.

I love it here! I moved here away from my family for a nurse residency, but I feel so at home and welcome. The staff is all super nice and so are the residents. Its really luxurious and super great location if you work in/are getting treatment in the med center!

Terrible management and service. We recently moved out and had the most unpleasant experience. Due to an unexpected change in life situation, we had to move to a different state and terminate our lease early. Despite paying the very hefty termination fees and doing everything that was asked of us to end the lease, we were treated like we did something terribly wrong. During the whole process, we had to send multiple emails, call the office multiple times and eventually had to show up in person to the leasing office several times to get the answers we needed. The answers we eventually got were very inconsistent. We were told thing one at first and then something completely different later on, which made it very stressful while trying to get it figured out. We gave a 60 day notice as per the lease agreement, but eventually we were required to pay essentially everything up front plus amenities and utilities for the full 60 days even after we've handed over our keys. This was not what was previously agreed upon, but our hands were tied. This placed a significant financial burden on us in an already stressful situation. Unfortunately, with the way management treated us, we have doubts that we will even get our deposit back at the end of the 60 days. For such an upscale apartment that is owned by a big company, this is totally unexpected and ridiculous. If you want a beautiful new place with great views, then this place is awesome for that. But if you don't want to be taken advantage of and made to feel unwelcomed there despite paying the rent, I'd stay far away.

Front office seem aloof and does not seem interested in the needs of its residents. The packaging system here is quite ineffective even though packages arrive the front staff will never have it sorted on the day it arrives, they spend 30 seconds looking for the packages and will say that it has not arrived, even though its been delivered.
