Overall, pretty good place. The community room never has coffee or cups like they used to, and the gate still doesn’t work. But, aside from that, it isn’t a bad place besides a few people at leasing who have an attitude issue for no reason.

Living here has giving me a sense of peace. Its in a safe area and I don't really have to worry too much about me and my son's safety. The office staff are always really nice and understanding. The maintenance team does a really good job on getting things fix in a timely manner. I love it here.

The first month after moving to Latitude, I had an issue with the Sink. I raised a maintenance request, and it was immediately resolved, which impressed me. Apart from this, I haven't had a single issue with my apartment. The other thing that is of tantamount importance is the noise control, and the residents are peaceful and quiet. Kudos to Olivia at the front desk. She is really sweet and if you have any query or concerns that you wanna raise, I betcha she will take care of it.

The Apartments are always clean especially in the community area. The amenities are very nice. I like to go into the lounge to grab a latte in the mornings and watch outside the window while I work on my laptop. I love how common events and activities are for the residents. The staff are very polite and the management is very helpful and easy-going. They have made my living experience so much better.

The apartments and maintenance are good. My biggest issue with this complex is cleanliness. The hallways need a deep steam cleaning. They smell like urine and trash. The elevators are not cleaned everyday. The garages need a power wash desperately.

The apartment looks nice on the surface, but living here was stressful. The building has constant plumbing issues, and the water pressure is terrible. The elevator breaks down frequently, leaving residents to use the stairs. Also, parking is a nightmare—there are never enough spots, and the fees are ridiculous. The rent increases every year without improvements to the facilities. Not worth the money.

Latitude is a very well thought property. Very good access, nice garages and good location. Facilities are very modern and well kept. Working orders are attended pretty fast and thoroughly.

Great place to live, quiet and safe. The people are great at this place and the management is good with service. The place is clean but on weekends the parking lot at the entrance is dirty

Not a bad place to live, rent is not as expensive. Just like any other place it has its pros and cons. But overall my experience has been good. Maintenance is good about timely responses and the leasing office representatives are very helpful and friendly. They do a good job of community activities.

The water smelled like sewage and boiled eggs upon move in, saw remnants of dead roaches also, which concerns me about a potential pest issue, gate for the garage doesn’t work. Everything else was fine, but for the price you pay and the advertising as a luxury apartment, I believe there should be higher standards.

Overall a positive experience! Management changes have been a bit rocky, but the current staff is great. They are making strides to improve resident experience. However, the amenity fee is ridiculously high at $95 a month. A cleaning staff comes every week for common spaces, but the building could use some attention to overall upkeep. The maintenance team has been helpful when needed. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood.

Overall great experience. A few frustrations with broken gates and elevators but overall a pleasant experience. Looks like management is constantly trying to elevator residents experience which is nice.

It started out great!! That changed once PHA//PFC took over. They are slowing fixing things . I don’t believe this is against the current property managers as a lot of my issues started before they were there, my issue is with the TAM residential not the actual people in the office. I believe that they were placed in a bad situation and have to clean up a mess they didn’t make. Rent is our biggest bill and we want to live comfortably and not be taken advantage of. Life is already hard enough.

Very quiet and nice apartments. The managers and staff are so nice. Barely hear a peep out of your neighbors. Maintenance responds quickly to all your requests. The apartments are always having some type of community event.

One of the first residents and have seen much change. Went from being a very nice place to not so nice. There is always something not working and it doesn’t get fixed right away. Suppose to be secured parking but anyone can come in and out and my car was broken into and they stole some things. Just upsetting.

So far things are good. I have noticed some discrepancies in the payments I’ve made to the account as well as the move in date however, I’m sure I can rectify these thing with not issue. It’s concerning since I have not movies in but I believe this will be a learning experience for us both. Positive thoughts!

Good time overall living here, nice friendly space but did have some setbacks when I first moved in with scary neighbors below me that took some time to get resolved. Overall amenities are nice but could use better gym equipment for the gym and TV’s that allow screen-share or other programs in the clubhouse. Not too happy that the garage door has been broken for quite some months now and do hope it gets fixed soon. Construction and updates in the garage but not sure why they are being funded before the gate gets fixed. Nice friendly environment w/ overall fair amenities… pool could be cleaned more thoroughly

This apartments have clean environment, but here is broken elevator for a long time and very poor soundproofing. I can hear snoring coming from next door.

Management is disappointing. The manager and assistant manager are extremely rude and not helpful. I’m not comfortable going down to them the girl and the other guy at the front desk are amazing but the management is horrible. Elevators are always broken. Gates are always broken. Now they’re closing on Wednesday also so we can get packages or Deliveries. Just didn’t expect this when I moved here

Look its great living here staff is excellent. I just don't understand why you have to write a letter to get safety bars for the bathroom in the tub and shower area. I will write the letter and also my dr will will provide proof that i need safety bars for my satblibly.. slip and fall are quite a number one accident in home.

it’s ok i like the building and my apartment but it’s kinda boujie in a bad way, parking regulations are too strict for how much we pay, staff is ok galen and the girl at the front desk are always nice but everyone else is kinda snappy sometimes
