Review for The Laurel Apartment Homes, East Austin: I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Laurel Apartment Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This community is exceptionally quiet, which is perfect for someone like me who values peace and privacy. It’s also ideally located—close to the airport, downtown Austin, and just a short distance from Mueller, making it easy to visit friends and family. The convenience and accessibility this location offers are hard to beat! The amenities are top-notch, catering to the needs of young professionals. Whether it’s the modern features inside the apartments or the well-maintained common areas, everything here is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Overall, I highly recommend The Laurel to anyone looking for a great place to live in East Austin. I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The staff and maintenance has been great. The complex is extremely dog friendly and like that the walls are paper thin like a lot of other apartments

Just moved to the apartments and I could not be happier with it and the staff! The application and move in process was so smooth and the staff took care of me so much.

I love living here! It's like big one family! I've loved living here (and so has my dog Fernando). Everyone is super friendly, and the front office is always available to help. Even if they're not available right away, they always get back to me in a timely manner.

The property is very nice and I appreciate the amenities. A couple of things to consider would be that the leasing office employees, while they get the work done, are not particularly welcoming.

I have loved it here. The location is perfect for me. Im close to work and the community is beautiful. Its spacious and comfortable. The leasing office is great and the coffee shop is amazing!

I enjoy living at Laurel. The best parts are the upkeep of the property, the natural light in my unit, and prompt staff and maintenance. I feel like most Austin apartments take advantage of you, but not Laurel.

I've been at the Laurel almost a month now and it's been such a great experience so far from the tour up through moving in and living here. The units and property are well maintained and if I've had any concerns, the team has been quick to resolve any issues. The other residents have been so welcoming and even helped me by holding doors open an moving a few boxes into the elevator for me on my moving day. I'm so excited to be a part of the Laurel community!

I have been living here for over a year and a half and overwhelmingly, my experience is positive! The staff is great, maintenance is responsive no matter the time of day, grounds are well-maintained and safe.

The onsite property manager is THE best in the business. Jeremy is a sincere and one of a kind individual. I have enjoyed my time living here!

No apartment is perfect, but I have been pretty happy here! I would say the noise is what makes me go to 4 stars and not five, but other than that this apartment has great staff and nice amenities. Also a coffee shop in the main building :)

I’ve lived here for over 3 years and it’s been the best. I love the location and the staff has gone above and beyond for me so many times.

Living at Laurel for the past 2+ years has been one of my favorite places to live. Located right off the Walnut Creek path, I have found a perfect 3.5 mile loop that keeps me on my feet. When the weather isn't so nice outside, however, I love to visit the exercise facility. The equipment is well cared for, and I love the ceiling windows that bring in natural light. When the mornings are rushed, as they sometimes are, visiting Houndstooth for some breakfast tacos puts my day right back on track. It's also a beautiful space to sit in and read a book. If any issues come up in the apartment, service requests are completed by the team in an efficient, yet professional manner. Sometimes in less than 24 hours, the team is on it. Thanks to all the Laurel management team for making the last two years so great! We hope to meet again soon.

-Horrible location- turning right onto the access road is dangerous and cars go flying by, I found it difficult to get an Uber here due to the crappy roads no one wants to drive on. Nothing is within walking distance. Nothing. -Pool- it’s literally in the shade, so not exactly the sunny vibes most folks want in the summer -Move out- hands down the most poorly managed move out I have ever experienced- absolutely was nickle and dimed

Laurel has upgraded my definition of the word “home”…the community is so clean, the staff is so helpful, and the neighbors are so friendly. Cannot imagine being anywhere else!!

I moved to Austin for work from Georgia. I spent 2 weeks in a hotel while looking for jobs close to work and still close to all the amazing things to do here in ATX. The Laurel is definitely that place! Paul and the team were amazing!

Laurel is full of really nice people who are mostly willing to say hi to a strange face. A lot of residents have dogs that you can meet, either at the park or around the community. The front office crew are super amiable and go beyond to help out or lend an ear. Last but not least, the maintenance staff are great. They address your requests quickly or reach out with more information on your issue. In short, Laurel is friendly, caring, and attentive.

Laurel Apartments has the highest level of standards I have seen in apartment living. Their management and staff all work hard and together to keep this facility like new and to serve all of their tenants. If you have high standards of your own, you will love living here!

I was nervous changing apartment communities as I enjoyed the location and amenities of my last complex. But Laurel has been amazing. The floor plan is great, the features in the units feel nice, helping the community overall to feel upscale. My husband loves taking use of the gas grills outside as well. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I definitely recommend checking out Laurel.

Quiet community that feels like home on the edge of East Austin

I never thought an apartment community as friendly and professional as the Laurel existed. The team does their best in making tenants feel more than a business transaction. They keep us engaged with events, bring service providers and food trucks to the complex for our convenience. Most importantly. they encourage maintenance requests and take care of any and all issues you may encounter in your unit. They care about providing the best service and building a community. So far, I'm very happy living at the Laurel.

I Just moved in and have nothing negative to say. The community is beautiful. The people are very friendly and I am looking forward to discover more thing around here.

My partner and I just moved from Los Angeles to the Laurel. Moving is always stressful but from the moment we applied to the apartment to today Jeremy and Maya have been gone above and beyond to make sure our move goes as smooth as possible. They have checked in with us constantly and are always available to chat. Jeremy actually spoke to our movers and helped us with a tough situation with them, I have never had this type of white glove service from a building manager before. The community itself is gorgeous, very clean, modern and feels very safe. We love the pool and our lawn area where our balcony overlooks. Overall our experience here has been pretty amazing and flawless so far.

The Laurel is literally the place to live. The community, cleanliness, maintenance and management team are the absolute best! This apartment complex is stunning both inside and out. Not to mention, we’re so close to everything. We love it here!

Great space, great layouts and central location because it's right off of 183

Laurel is an amazing new place to live in Austin! The facilities are top notch and the management and leasing agents are extremely helpful and friendly. All of the decor and appliances are new and modern. The apartments are pet friendly and I have had no issues with noisy pets from other apartments. It is calm and quiet here probably 99% of the time with no noise coming into my home from nearby apartments. (Im on the first floor) I love the option to have a reserved carport or garage and Im excited to use the pool facilities in the spring! Also, they plan community events at least once a month and soon our Houndstooth Coffee Shop will be able to serve wine and alcohol for a nice relaxation time at end of day. I truly cant imagine what could be missing here!

Great property! The location on 183 provides easy access to all directions of Austin and surrounding areas. The staff is friendly, tentative, and highly responsive to resident needs. The club house area was beautifully designed and open with phone rooms, conference tables, and a coffee shop! The best part is covered parking, open hallways, access controlled buildings, and large elevators. The pool is centered away from exterior property and surrounded by gas grills for BBQ. You will not regret moving in!

Going on day 3 without hot water, seems that the apartment community and team is not prepared to handle tenants, I assume the quality of service will drop as more tenants move in. Would suggest looking elsewhere.
