I have rented with Steve Brown before and love them. They are helpful and efficient!
This apartment is located in the heart of Madison. With a two 10 feet walk to State Street and a 2 minute walk to the capital you have no need for a car. The apartment is surrounded by nightlife, restaurant and bars, and the University of Wisconsin. The apartment itself has everything. Laundry in unit a dishwasher, and it also comes furnished making it an easy move in/move out. TRUST ME this is the best deal in Madison.
