Property Ratings at Laurel Court Apartments
Laurel Court is a wonderful choice for a young family, offering consistently available parking. The staff, led by Eli, make the experience exceptionally pleasant and easy.
I knew I wasn't going to renew my lease when a roach crawled into my coffee and then died in it. Lots of roaches in the kitchen. I started getting bed bug bites around month 10 of the lease. The treatment they performed was inadequate IMO, strongly doubt they're permanently gone. The area is walkable and it's extremely nice having the Laurel shopping center so close.
The management is a mess repairs are never made the place smells of mold ! You can hear rats mice ! The pest infestation is out of control ! This people would suck up your money and blame you for their incompetent workers and office staff.
