Property Ratings at LAUREL GLEN
We moved twice last year. This was the best choice we made out of those 2 moves. This place has been overall quite, great area for a bbq and friends to gather and relax. Beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere to have pets! It is now a gated community with off hr security. The pool and gym open 24/7 Parking has not been a problem. New owners and office staff. Maintenance and office staff very friendly and helpful!! We love it here so much so we are signing another year lease! ?
I must say this is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Apartments are upgraded and come with washer and dryer inside. The grounds are always kept nice and well maintained. Management is very helpful and friendly. This is also a great family community and schools are close by.
This apartment community is in the perfect location. Only a mile away from Target, Home Depot, Staples, Food 4 Less, Applebee's, Panera Bread and many other fine establishments. The community is very peaceful. Neighbors are friendly; always willing to help. The staff is kind and professional. Excellent schools that are close. For those who like to work out great place to walk and run. There are several gyms nearby. But this location does have it's own gym also. You will love living in this community.
Laurel Glen is doing an Extreme Apartment Makeover & all I can say is... I'm loving it! I'm currently renting a 2bd/2ba that has been fully redone. It's beautiful inside with new appliances, flooring, crown molding and duel pane windows! They're currently giving the exterior a face lift with a new gym. We are excited to watch the progress and proud to be renting here :) I recommend stoping by and taking a look... In case you like upgrades as much as I do!
