Property Ratings at Laurel Green
Willow Bridge is only a rebrand of the Lincoln Property. Same company, different name. Total construction zone you are living next to. Leasing didn't tell any recent new tenants or renewals that major construction with clearing out many acres of forest was going to happen. Construction starts at 7am and goes all day. The leasing office and their headquarters in Dallas purposely withheld knowledge that they were about to start major construction. If you have a non 9-5 job don't move here. If you just had a baby, don't move here. If you work from home full or part time, don't move here. The lack of respects, common business ethics don't exist here and the construction and impact it has on the new and existing tenants is proof that. Don't move here. Building shakes and vibrates throughout the day due to all the construction and heavy equipment moving around.
I would recommend this apartment, it is managed well, and the apartments are comfortable, renovated, and safe.
Office staff go out of their way to work with you
It's very nice except for the constant garbage on the grounds. Also the rent has greatly increased from when I originally moved here (@ 5 1/2 years ago). The inside of the apartment needs fresh paint. They used the cheapest paint to paint the walls. You touch it and it looks dirty. Skimped on basic features.
Very nice place everyone is friendly. Everything is well taking care of the grounds look so nice.
Prompt response to a service call, pleasant, and offering of alternative, temporary solution until the problem is properly addressed.
The maintenance and office staff are SO NICE AND really helpful. I feel very comfy always coming to them if I need anything or help in the apt. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I love living here :)
Many apartment leasees smoke marijuana within their apartment. The smell emanates both outside and within the common foyer. It is unpleasant and disrespectful. I can care less what others do within their apartment residence but it should not affect others outside their apartment
I would definitely recommend All Grain to my friends and family. The staff here are wonderful they cater to our needs. If you have to go to the office and very courteous. The maintenance people have always taking care of any problems right away.
The grounds are nice, the office ppl are very nice, & maintenance is good. I’ve been here since 2018, and this is going to be my last lease. The noise level from the apt above me is crazy! The person has a large dog that barks ALOT, & and runs around the apt, like he is one speed. Bangs, bumps and occasional crash of furniture moving as I am guessing is from the dog running into it. I have complained twice about the noise of the barking, and running around. Mind you this occurs at all hours, before 7am, & as late as 2am! I was told that they would reach out to the person above my apt, but that the dog was probably “adjusting “ to his new environment. No, this is not adjustment, this is a pet owner who doesn’t seem to care if her pet is disruptive of other people. The fact that the noise occurs before 7am and after 10pm should be an issue, but apparently not. The noise continues as I write this review. I am losing my sanity, & it seems that the office staff doesn’t understand how crazy this noise is, or how helpless it makes one feel. I’m stuck in my lease until July. So with All that said, if you value being able to sit and relax in YOUR HOME, without having to deal with constant neighbor noise, I would not suggest renting at Laurel Green. For the price I pay each month, I should be able to have a quiet environment. They say that there is sound proofing between floors, but from my perspective, it isn’t good sound proofing. Grounds great, leasing staff great, with the exception of my frustration with the continued noise, & maintenance guys are great. NOISE LEVEL OUTRAGEOUS. Save your $$ and buy a house. Sorry Laurel Green, I vote an “F” for noise level. ??
It is a very nice community with nice amenities. For visitors, entering the building with the buzzer can be frustrating at times however. Especially because quite often the call box wasn't working.
The service I receive from the maintenance crew and the office is Superior. My issue is with the appliances in the kitchen - especially the refrigerator. It is way too small and makes it impossible to save money when shopping as there is absolutely not enough room in the freezer or refrigerator for beyond what is needed for the week (at the most). I regularly have to pass up sales because there is no room to put anything.
So far, out of all apartments we rented, this is by far the best. It's the quietness that I am up to and the feeling of security. However, we would love to stay forever but I know that would mean an increase of rent payment every year. I just don't think it's that worth the increase for us.
Twice I needed repairs done. Both times they were done quickly
The guys where very pleasant and was able to fix any issues I had in my apartment.
I would still recommend this complex, as it is a very nice, with great office staff, and great maintenance staff.
I would recommend Laurel Green Apts because the staff are nice, patient, and willing to help. Maintenance request are always completed the same day requested
Would recommend friends to community base on reputation, professional staff and excellent building and grounds keeping.
maintenance team was great and friendly! Saw the damaged blind slat during the Fall Inspection and let me know that they had replacements.
I am absolutely surprised how well my complaint was received and how quickly it was taken care of. Thank you so much for making my move easier. It is truly appreciated!!
I like Laurel Green but there are a lot of bugs everywhere
The complex is generally well maintained, howeverit is very costly to live here. I'm concerned that I may be priced out when it's time to renew my lease.
Nice area to live in. Apartments are clean and the grounds are well kept.
Any maintenance issues are always quickly addressed.
I really enjoy the layout of my apartment and the space it offers.
I would recommend this apartment community because they respond quickly to problems and resolve them very effectively!
If it wasn't for the noise from the upstairs unit, I would give all tens. I don't think these apartments were built right. Simply walking from one part of the apartment to another should not be heard from the below resident, but sadly it is. My floors are so creaky in my apartment that I feel badly for the person who lives below me. It' like the joints are all separated. Other than that, I would recommend living here to friends and family, especially due to the fact that the staff here are great which is hard to come by.
I am so happy and grateful to be living in a community where the management team is efficient, professional and caring. The quality of service is not only promptâ?¦but optimal! Every courtesy is given and every care, taken into consideration.
Laurel Green is very quiet and a safe place to live.
Would only recommend to those looking for long term rentals due to higher cost of living and those who don't mind thin walls.
The Maintenance Department very nice, professional, and hard working. They do such a beautiful job in keeping our community clean, neat, and absolutely beautiful.
Would recommend the complex because it is gorgeous, and safe. The office staff and the maintenance crew are amazing. One thing that I would tell others that is a reason not to rent, would be the very thin walls and floors. Seems if it isn't quiet hours, nothing can be done about it. But, apt living I guess.
Pros: Maintenance is responsive and fast, office staff are professional and helpful, I feel safe living here, Amazon hub is convenient. Cons: Pool days are very limited and hours during the pandemic were terrible, Outdoor grilling station looks nice but grills are in nearly unusable condition - be prepared to disassemble and BYO lighter in order to ignite it. Excessive dust is an issue despite semi-regular (upon request) HVAC filter changes - air duct cleaning would likely do wonders.
I recently moved into a 1 bedroom in February. The apartment and complex itself is very nice. The office staff and maintenance are also friendly and parking by my building is no problem. However, if you're looking for a quiet place, stay away. When I was touring, the lady told me that the sound insulation was very good -- which is a complete lie. I would even argue that there is no sound insulation at all. I can deal with the thin walls for now, but I don't like being lied to. Noise-wise, it's like you're living in the projects. TVs, walking, talking, karaoke, dogs barking...cheap construction at best.
Great apartments. Privacy and great location. Very good staff and well kept grounds. Staff really goes above and beyond to take care of residents. Love it here!
Lovely environment and apartment. Some rude neighbors already but that' not the managements fault.
Office staff is very friendly.
The walls are pretty thin. I can hear everyone downstairs upstairs next doir!
Office and maintenance staff are very responsive and proactive. Rent is little high, though.
I’ve been happy here and would convey that to anyone who asks.
Maintenance is done in a timely manner, the staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are kept neat and clean.
I used to enjoy living here but have been dissatisfied...I have been complaining to the management office for SEVEN months about neighbors who smoke (the complex is no smoking) and they have done nothing. I can not open my windows without smelling it in my apartment. Between that and the extremely thin walls, it is way too expensive to not feel comfortable in your own place.
The apartments were nice and office personnel were friendly. Amenities were decent. Rent was a little too high for some floor plans considering the lack of amenities.
Very clean and neat, all of staff very professional, and kind. A caring and clean community to live in.
Office personnel (Brianna & Cassie) are excellent, very courteous, professional and responsive. Maintenance is also very responsive and professional.
The apartment is in good condition and the staff at Laurel Green are very good at their jobs
I really like the community. The apartments are larger than other apt. communities that rent for more. Also, it's in a wonderful location that is close to everything. It's wonderful to see the clubhouse remodel. Gym paint to too, too bright, though.
I would recommend it because I love the interior of the apartments. However, the slamming of the doors downstairs was overwhelmingly loud. Also, I didn’t like how I found someone’s dog poop bag behind my tire of my car & I came out one morning to an indent on the hood of my car. There needs to be cameras installed around the complex to hold people liable for not taking care of the community. It has gone down hill.
The extras that come with the apartment community like clubhouse with gym, swimming pool, pool table.
I have lived here since LG opened, and LOVE it.
