Many of the residents of Ocala came to visit and found so much to love that they never left. Beautiful homes line the streets, complementing the area's natural beauty. Easy access to State Route 301 keeps most commuters' travel time under 20 minutes when heading into the city, and offers easy access to the numerous hotspots found here. Hungry residents head south to restaurants like Laki's, the go-to place for Greek fare. If you crave something a bit spicier, check out Amrit Palace for truly authentic Indian food.
Northwest Ocala natives know where to go for a good time. They either head to the Canyons for zip line and canopy tours or stop in at Bubba Raceway Park to take a few laps around the track. Nature lovers head to Lillian F. Bryant park to hike and picnic or to drop the kids off for baseball practice. A farmer's market is also hosted here every Saturday.

Property Ratings at Laurel Park Apartments
This place was good 3 years ago. Now it's got drug dealers, vandals and undesirable people moving in. Families that have been here 5 and 10 years are moving out. There's a 2 year wait list, but a lot of empty apartments.
I don't suggest anyone EVER move here. I'm shocked there's so many lies about how amazing this place is. I guess you get what you pay for, they're cheap in every sense of the word including the management. This place is a shame and unsafe.
It is a nice apartment area, nice neighborhood, fairly clean place, rent Is high and it when up since I lived here two year.
I love my apartment community, its quiet, safe, and the pool and playground are awesome for my kids. The management is great, very affordable and I Dont have to wait weeks if I have to put in a work order for something. I love it!
I lost my home about 2 yrs ago, I ended up here by accident otherwise I was going to a shelter. After being here 2 yrs I love where I live, God has been good to me. Place is nice, and they stay on top of everything. any repair problems get fixed right away. Wish I had done this a while ago.
Laurel park is a good family oriented place to live. It is the closest to the school and shopping centers, the manger their is very good and takes care of everyone equally, the maintenance is always on time when you place your request. The pools are very clean and everyone is friendly. Laurel park is the best. Crystal Harvey
