Management and Maintenance are TERRIBLE! Starting over with brand new employees on BOTH sides is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Management goes on Lunch when they want and changes times so you can’t go in to receive mail. They NEVER answer the phone. Maintenance have no courtesy and don’t care about tenants. They take breaks and smoke cigarettes as if smoking is more important than fixing the problem in a timely fashion.

flooring which is peeling had this issue for over a year and will not fix it until you move out. With the price of rent it’s unfair to have a floor in these conditions. And PARKING. The complex hired LMS they will have your guest car booted.

I received a final move out statement with a trash haul fee attached. One problem. I removed all of my trash at the end of my stay when I turned in my 2nd key. I told the maintenance attendant that the trash was there as I was leaving to go to work and that I would dispose of it when I brought my 2nd key after I got off work later that day. I also made the office manager aware that there were some items that I had outside my door that would be taken to the compactor large trash area. I told her I would bring the 2nd key later in the day. I requested that they review the video to see that I threw the trash away and so that the fee could be removed. I'm waiting to see if she will do so. If you stay here please be aware that you may be charged bogus fees. She threatened to send my $75 trash fee to collections and refused to remove it and demanded that I leave because I was speaking poorly of her staff that she trusts. This was customer care at it's worst and I will share this experience with Rangewater Reality so that no one else experiences a similar situation.

Just signed my lease for one year in June and it is one of the BIGGEST regrets I’ve ever had. First, the apartments are not upkept as they should. My closet has broken twice sending clothes down on me- and the second time I just got some wood to prop the rack up as it was replaced by using the same holes and not adding any support in the studs. There is a musty smell coming from the utility area like the other reviewer so they have problems with mold. It is coming through on my walls now as the air conditioner is leaking through. My microwave didn’t work from the moment I moved in, I have video of it shooting electrical sparks inside. It looks like the light but it wasn’t. 3 weeks later I got a replacement. If you have an any kind of allergies to smoke or for the matter marijauna, beware. I’ve called several times about not being able for my son to sleep in his room because the smell of weed was coming so strong through the walls my son couldn’t sleep in his room. Nothing was ever done. Now there is new parking rule-if you’re on the lease you get 2 parking decals. So, if you have visitors BEWARE!!! Anyone without a register will get towed if not parked in a visiting parking or has a decal. So, my boyfriend who lives 45 minutes away but works in high point and has his own apartment cannot visit me now-since he’s not on the lease and there is literally less than 30 visitor parking spots for the ENTIRE COMMUNITY. Fees to remove the boot start at 180.00 and there were at least 7 individuals the first weekend that were booted on my street alone. Forcing visitors to park on the road. Now, they have enacted where the city of High Point will tow your vehicle if you are parked there. But have not made more parking yet but “plan to do so in the upcoming weeks”. So until then we are all screwed.

This community has a lot of potential to be a luxury community. It use to be over 15 yrs ago. If they will get serious about wanting a better looking community and apts they could turn this community into a beautiful luxury community that I could brag about.

It’s a quiet peaceful place to stay.. everyone’s friendly, keeps to themselves..no worrying about your cars,motorcycle etc being messed with. Hasn’t happened personally but be more worried about a tow boot or tow on your expense.. if there weren’t so many maintenance issues or third party everything involved wouldn’t be bad at all.. little on the low side for what you pay but good place to stay and tough out temporarily or long term depending on your situation to be closer to school, family, downtown, multiple interstates and roadways or until you save up and get to a better spot to move again.

Laurel Springs Luxury Apartment Homes is exactly what we were looking for when searching. They had the amenities we desired (pools, workout center, dog park, car wash area), spacious 3-Bed/2-Bath units, pet friendly, and within our budget. This apartment complex like a hidden gem. You definitely get your moneys worth for the amount of space that you get. Fairly clean interior and exterior. The residential staff here tries their best to work with you but also understand you have to give respect to get respect they are real people too. I’ve been here for three years and any type of maintenance issue I’ve had maintenance has been on top of it. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of.

The process was very simple. The communication from start to finish was exceptional! I am super delighted to be a resident!
Only 2 weeks in and we are still loving this community. The atmosphere is homey. 99% of the residents will greet you. The response time of maintenance is awesome. (No big issues) The ease of being about 5 minutes away from anywhere you need to be is amazing plus your not in the middle of the city either. Honestly perfect in my opinion. The value of square footage vs the price is down right amazing, plus the interior is awesome. Up to date fixtures and looks. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

the community is in good location, enough parking spaces, but there is no enforcement in trash handling. Some tenants place their trash at the apartment doors for days and the hallways are full of trash spills and dirt. Hallways and stairs need to be cleanup also there is a lack of supervision on maintenance and repairs requested.

I am a resident for the last 5 years at Laurel Springs and overall it has been a good experience. Things have improved at the front office and some improvements have been done. I would rate the maintenance department first class. Always quick to respond and always friendly. Some upgrades to the amenities would be nice. The fitness center could use upgrades to the equipement and the playground area needs some upgrades as well. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

I do not recommend anyone to live here. They do not want to spend the money to fix issues within the apartments. I have had a electrical problem for the longest. I do not cook on my stove and my dryer is brand new and was currently working. The last time I used my stove it popped fired and tripped the dryer and now the socket does not work! Still no one cares to fix the issue

For months I begged the office for someone to come out and pressure wash the breezeways of our building. Built up stains from moves, paint, dirt and grime on breezeway panels as well as individuals continuously smoking in the breezeways against policy is disgusting to look at as a tenant as well as to guests. The excuse that I was given is that they were short on staff but I’m constantly seeing ground keeping doing nothing but enjoying the gold carts riding in circles. Even though it wasn’t our responsibility as tenants, we borrowed a pressure washer from a family member and pressure washed our end of the breezeway on our own. I wish I could submit pictures but this site doesn’t allow it.
