Property Ratings at Laurel Springs
Out-dated apartments. Renovate and do the floors, add privacy doors to the 2bedroom units
I would recommend it. The only issue I had was after I moved out. I have some fees for carpet repair which I knew I would cause of my dog, I had a small hole in one wall, and I threw a couch in that area by dumpster. I been there 5-6 years and every week people throw stuff there. The whole community thinks you can do that as a service. I got charged $200 for doing that. I have a truck. I could have brought it to the dump for free. But the issue was I owed roughly $1200. Seemed high but I said no problem. I had just spent thousands buying and furnishing my new house. So didn't have it. I tried to set up a payment plan and was told you either have it in two weeks or we sending you to collections and you can deal with them. Just seemed. Unreasonable I usually have that kind of money on hand every day. I work in the oil field. If they would have me a month or so I could have payed it off without getting collections involved Besides that, I loved living there .
I have completed this survey many times. I would not recommend this apartment community due to the lack of daily maintenance and up keep of the common areas of the building including the parking lot. The people that I know would not have been any more satisfied than I was.
Improvements are being made now which is good. I think it would be a plus if the breezeways and stairwells were cleaned on a routine basis. Overall I would recommend.
My main dislike for the community is that the common areas of the building are never cleaned. Stairwells, breezeway and parking lot are not maintained by blowing, sweeping, powerwash or picking up trash.
I have already recommended this community on a Facebook group.
The bathrooms are way too small and not ventilated, the pool isn'??t kept free of debris.
I have enjoyed my overall experience living in this community.

Your review means a lot to us, thank you for taking the time to provide it. We are extremely happy to have you as one of our residents!
The staff are pleasant and professional and any maintenance requests I've submitted have been addressed and fixed in a timely manor. I am disappointed that one my neighbors has been allowed to duct tape things to their window and dig trenches and place tree trunks at their entrance. Everyone that has come to visit me has joked about about it.
The staff here consistently go above and beyond to respond to our requests. They are all professional, respectful, and friendly. I love living here.
The leasing ladies are amazing and anything needs fixing they are on it!
I do think it is a good value for the money, however, the various fees charged each month (service fees, not water, trash), concern me.
On the whole, I would; the only reason why this isn't a 10 is that the rent rate, while reasonable for what you get, is still high, which could price out many of my friends and family.
It's still reasonable for a couple but is hard on a single person to be affordable.
This Apartment complex has been great all the way through the leasing process. Staff is awesome and units are spacious. looking forward to live here!!
