Laurel Woods Apartments

Do not move here they let anyone and everyone come to the pool when they are not residents and they are loud and there all night and management does nothing about it. They have car breaki ins as well. Outside looks updated but inside is trash

Upon moving out, the inspector did not show up for the final walk thru. Then we received a bill for damage to the apartment and they kept my entire security deposit plus charged more fees. There were spots on the dining room and living room carpet, but I was charged $688.73 to re-carpet the entire apartment. The management would not return my calls and just sent it to collections. Do not do business with these shady folks. Property manager do not reply to this post only because it is seen by others when you did not return any of my phone calls.

They do not care about your life if you have things going on all they want is your money they are upgrading the outside of the apartments and Also had time to build new apartments across the street but won’t upgrade anything on the inside of the apartment everything has been the same for years before I was even there not worth the money !!! Do not move here

The maintenance team is great Jeremy always does a good job when he comes And always come with a good attitude and not rude like the old ones

Could be better but considering pricing and location I give 4 stars!

I toured this community a while back and my lease expires in July and will be considering this community beautiful nature feel

This community is beautiful! Their clubhouse is the perfect modern style to make you feel at home. The staff are super friendly and willing to help whenever needed.

We moved here in July and started to have problems in September first with roaches then with the ceiling leaking when it rains in the bedroom maintenance lying stating it was fixed but was not then the cabinets falling apart and more roaches found around the apartment it’s very uncomfortable to have these thing happen when you first move in within 90 days and we will not be renewing the lease at this point it’s terrible to be paying this much in rent with low quality apartments

It was a good first apartment but after our lease is up we will be moving they don’t care about their residents with this pandemic going on or even before and maintenance is very bad apartment has been falling apart since we moved in...really couldn’t rate them a zero star they don’t deserve the one star honestly

I been living here for 3 yrs..the staff is rude and the maintenance men are rude...they are not professional...its hard to talk with them to get things done...everything is outdated in the apt and then when you tell them you need the maintenance man help to keep the outdated items up...its a problem or an attitude...i don't feel welcome and my guess doesn't either...i will be renewing my lease for 1 more yr but as after I will be going to a more professional environment that value their residents and take care of there property and community

I was a resident for 2 years and It is honestly the WORST place to live from lazy maintenance to rude office staff . WOULD NOT recommend!

The people who take care of the animals that have been dumped here or abandoned that the complex Refuse to take care of are treated like dirt. Their own maintenance team had a raise to stop more people from leaving because of how mistreated they are and the high turnover rate. Lived here for 4 years and there has not been a single consistent person that's stayed longer than 2 years. Edward rose is a bad company.

It's disheartening to hear through the grape vine that an elderly woman from my building who had been paying her rent with help from the previous property manager ever since they switched to online payments only (with additional fees now of course) hasn't been received with the same kindness from the new one Jamie. She doesn't understand technology well and has been excluded from using the clubhouse computer to pay for her rent? Which to my knowledge is accessible to Anyone living in this complex, you deny her this because she asks for help from you. Kindness and compassion towards the elderly and animals is something Jamie needs to work on.

Cars flying by going at least 30, neighbors awake at ALL hours causing floors to creak, music being played loudly, it's awful.

Reasonable price, very peaceful community which I liked a lot. I have lived at Laurel Woods Apartments over a year now.

I've lived here a little over a year, the price is reasonable and I have easy access to the pool.

The community is beautiful! The residents are excellent! Very quiet.

If you don't like roaches, do not move here. They call them palmetto bugs still a roach to me. Huge roaches the only saving grace I had was to spray the apartment every other day with home defense. I had a one year old, I had to keep an eye on him at all times to insure he didn't get into the areas where I sprayed. When we had dinner I vacuumed to insure nothing was left on the floor, and I left no trash in the apartment at anytime. I woke one morning to seven of those huge bugs I had to kill myself and I am deathly afraid of bugs of any kind especially those huge things. I put boric acid behind my furniture and under the sinks. My child had no freedom to move around it was either I sprayed or we lived with roaches I choose the spray. When my lease expired I was out not a nice apartment needs major upgrades don't know how anyone could rate this more than a 1 star.

If you want to live with lots of roaches everyday, it is here. I lived there for 2 years and used lots of method try to kill the roaches, it did not work. Even the expert killer can not work. It has spread in hole building. And everywhere,kitchen, bathroom, bedroom

The apartment is a good place to stay but the y need to clean up the leaves and do a better job on the grounds
