The new office staff is amazing… any concerns they address immediately or take steps towards addressing a concern if it cant be fixed immediately. Not every thing can be handled at once there was alot of stuff lingering from previous management so i understand having to catch up on things. Patience and communication goes along way :)
No one responds to any emails or calls. Their phone goes directly to voice-mail. They make everything impossible.

I lived here a year and when I moved in there were issues I listed on the move in check list. It took 6 months for it to get fixed. The renovations are nice but everything that was new broke and after getting it fixed it all broke again. The rent is too high for the trouble you have to go through. You can hardly use any amenities the pool is always closed or dirty or it’s a bunch of teenagers hanging out there that don’t reside on the premises. Never used the fitness center. Parking sucks and management is rude. The trash is an eye sore coming in the gate. Needless to say I moved after a year.

I've leased for 2 months now. It's taken them over half that time to respond to maintanance requests. Office does not answer phone calls, so I have to take off work and go in person to address any problems. Pool is disgusting. Front gate is NEVER secure. Had a wheel stolen off my car. Don't move here, pretty counter tops and stainless appliances are not worth it.

This place is horrible. Your apartment and breezeways will smell strongly of weed, people dealing drugs in the parking lot, the trash overflows at the front and smells disgusting, the pool is constantly closed and when it’s actually open the tenants trash it out and there’s people there at night dealing and talking about being in gangs, the fitness center is only open during business hours, they took our fobs away for the gate and have never given us a new one (this has been over a year), the office staff is like a revolving door and when they do get new people in they still don’t care about what’s going on. This place has gone downhill so bad.

My truck's catalytic converter was stolen on broad daylight. The management will not take responsibility and tell me this area is not safe. I got a water leak from bathroom coming from the adjacent unit on renovation. I called the office they replied I need to put the request on online portal. Nobody come to fix it. I have to get inside into unit being renovated and workers left already the faucet was left open and water is on the floor everywhere. Most of the time I smell weed every apartment building. I just saw a open parcel the address is from other building left on hallway of my apartment.

We have been here for the better part of a decade now and if it weren't for rent spikes we would have been gone a long time ago. Management is selectively helpful about how they will assist you. (Mind you we are only ever requesting things that are pertaining to our residency) For example people will park in our paid spaces and instead of doing anything to enforce it, they give us the number to the towing company. The neighbors smoke marijuana heavily and we are advised to call the police when it's a direct lease violation.

Have lived here 5 years with many management changes: newest group seems to be taking care of a lot of maintenance issues that were delayed or ignored by previous owners. Happy to see they care about the upkeep and appearance of this once quite nice community.

I would love to share a great experience. When we moved here in November 2020 it was pretty nice until spring hit. Shootings, music videos, late night pool usage, random knocks at our door, visits from the police department, cleanliness of our breezeway’s (leaves,cigarettes, neighbors trash)and so much more. But I’m grateful with hopes of moving positively in this year to come with the new team. Cori and Emily is doing a great job holding it together. Thanks

These apartments were good, but for some reason it seems like everybody smokes weed around here. The apartments arent doing anything about it. It's in your lease agreement that you are not supposed to have drugs on the property. Nothing is being done even after complaints have been filed.

The NEW maintenance team is AMAZING! The property finally looks clean and well kept. The dumpster area is even clean! The previous maintenance staff never responded to my requests, and the property was not taken care of. It was an eyesore. I would dread driving in the gates because of the trash. Now, I have a smile on my face when I come home.

There is a serious roach and "water bug" infestation at this property. Pets are allowed and dogs poop on the sides of the buildings. Trash is thrown about and in the last year, the property has been sprayed for insects ONCE. Management has an excuse for everything and does not take action to address major concerns of residents (involving safety and health). Residents smoke tobacco and other substances indoors and it infiltrates the entire building.

Infested with roaches- water bugs- they literally crawl through the walls and baseboards. I have lived here for 1 year and they have sprayed ONCE. Trash is thrown all over property- which attracts MORE BUGS and management does not respond to requests or concerns. (I.E. broken hallway lights that have been out and hanging from ceiling for months in stairwell and gate works half the time). The "luxury spa" and pool are either absolutely filthy and disgusting or closed. Residents smoke indoors and it comes through ventilation.

We moved in 18 days ago. Our 2 bedroom apartment is in horrible condition and no one has come out to repair anything for us. We are paying a lot of money for a very bad apartment. The refrigerator is leaking water on the inside. Refrigerator and freezer both have broken seals. Refrigerator has cracked and missing shelves. Oven is unusable, the bottom is rusted out. Half of the buttons work on the microwave. The dishwasher has problems. Bedroom door knob is very loose and the door does not even close properly and if it does close it's very hard to get back open. From missing light bulbs to toilet paper holder falling off the wall, floor torn up in the kitchen and countertops damaged, is just a small list of cosmetic damage. They did a horrible touch up paint job, The touch up paint does not even match what is on the wall. The office manager keeps telling me the maintenance is going to come out but no one has stopped by. All of these things should have been taken care of before we moved in and the apartment should have been move in ready. I had to stop a maintenance man and ask for a light bulb so I could hang up clothes in our walking closet. My husband had to fix the bedroom door and door knob because it was a very dangerous fire hazard. there is no way I could get out of the room if that door was shut. He also had to repair the dishwasher, we would have been 2 weeks without doing dishes. We haven't been able to use the oven. Refrigerator leaks so I have to put a bowl to catch the dripping water. You can only use use certain buttons to run the microwave. This is what we are paying rent for. I have talked many times with the office about having these things repaired but that has not helped. I don't recommend anyone moving into the Verandas. The exterior of the buildings are very trashy. Stairways are so dirty and it smells. The dumpsters are always full and trash is sitting around outside Of the dumpsters. There is not even a key fob for the front gate. My advice to anyone wanting to move into the veranda's, Do not sign the lease until they have everything repaired for you otherwise you are paying full rent for half usable apartment. Do NOT move here! Worst apartment experience I have ever had. Manager is extremely disrespectful and staff is negligent. They do not care about their tenants and treat them ugly. They do not seem to understand the art of customer service or even treating people decently. Maintenance repairs take forever. I lived in a moldy apartment for 2 months and no compensation or reimbursement was given for this incredible, disgusting inconvenience. In addition, I lived without AC for a whole week because they failed to respond to my request. Oh and don't forget that rent is way too high. Since living here, my rent has increased by approximately $400. Ridiculous. My best advice to you is to not live here. I cannot wait to get out.

Staff is rude, unhelpul, they leave earlier than their office hours state and don't tell staff, they don't check your ID for packages so anyone could go and get anyone's packages, maintenance workers steal things, staff has straight up lied to my face or been on a personal phone call while I was in the office. Absolutely do not live here.

Though the apartments are beautiful and the staff is friendly, the staff is negligent and fail to do pretty much anything on their behalf, other than take your money.

This place has lack of professionalism. There pool and hot tub never works. Place looks trashy year round. They have a rodent and pest problem. Laundry room is trash and will over charge you and not wash your cloths or dry them. Employees leave early and do not notify you so if you have packages you will be delayed in picking them up. They over price their apartments and will not make a deal with you even if you have been there a long time. You will never be notified by email about anything ever. They will enter your apartment without concent. I lived here for 3 years the 1st year was great and had great helpful staff. Then the new management took over and has been completely trash ever since. I do not recommend living here at all unless you don’t care about service or privacy or quality.

I have lived at the Verandas at City View for almost two years now. The entire time that I have been here there has been a long list of constant problems to include: The computers and printers have never been available for use, for one reason or another. The gym is always in poor repair. The hot tub/sauna has been broken for the past 6 months. The trash is always overflowing, rats caused $500 of damage to my new car. Maintenance takes a very long time to fix anything. The rental office keeps getting replaced due to incompetence. Most recently, I observed on camera a member of the rental office taking photo's of my PERSONAL property while inside of my apartment to show her husband. It seems as though we collect the same things and she wanted to show her husband what I had. This is not only an invasion of privacy, but extremely unprofessional. It's obvious that AMC Property Management has no idea how to run a rental community.

Verandas at CityView has the worst staff and management I've ever encounter. They don't care for you. If you want to live stressed out of your mind because everything breaks down and they take forever to repair, then move here. You and your family will suffer. I've lived here for a year and can't take the stress of always calling emailing and going after them to fix dishwasher AC plumbing etc.. very disturbing and very unfair.

I moved two months ago this apartment and I had the worst experience with an apartment management! I had flood last week in my apartment, they really don't care us properly. After we try to swipe the water to out with my neighbors, I ask them find a safer place for my daughter and my pregnant wife but they did not let us go out from that wet apartment about 5 hours. All my daughter rooms, our living rooms, bath rooms and some part of kitchens flooded and the water came from all ceilings and walls. They did not care all the stuff properly and it still smell awful because of moisture and humidity. Even I asked them and complain about the mold issue risk, they just ignore me! They only care how to make money from their costumers but NOTHING ELSE!

Pros: An inattentive staff that doesn't listen to your requests really teaches you to ground yourself and be independent. Loud and inconsiderate neighbors are an excellent alarm clock. Buyer beware, you don't set this alarm yourself. If you can't afford cable, the pool is a great place to people watch. Most of the programming is NC-17, however. Cons: Not many that I can think of right now.

Living in this community is like everyone is family. Living here is just like you have your own home. I just graduated college, and I am trying to pay off debt, so finding an apartment post-graduation was something that stressed me out. Finding Verandas eased all my worries. It's affordable but it also has a nice, clean apartment feel to it (and a pool!). I have two roommates, and we each have our own rooms and our own walk-in closets - a luxury after living in a run down house during college. There is a mix of young families and young college grads who live here. I keep seeing cars parked with my Alma Mater's parking sticker on the back of it, but have yet to really run into some one that I know. The only thing about the location of this place is that it seems far from anything really going on in Fort Worth, but its proximity to Chisolm Trail, the toll way that runs through Fort Worth, gives easy access to anywhere in the city. A great place to live.
