I really wanted to believe that new management was going to improve this place but sadly no. Garbage is still everywhere. I still pass the same broken down car on the corner every day. The website still lies. There is no valet trash service. Now you walk your trash to smelly dumpsters and they tacked on a community service fee. The insides of the buildings are covered with dead bugs and a combo of bees and wasps. People don't clean up after their pets. They are putting paint and covering up everything they can to get people in before they realize the truth. This place is not luxury. It is not a deal. It is exactly what you pay for but I honestly can't even say that after they jacked up rent on new folks without touching a single thing. Don't walk RUN. Unless you're fine with management that is an angel up until the moment that you've signed the lease. Then good luck to you. I've been living here for three years and i held out just to see if the new people would turn things around but it's been months and all they have done is work on their office building. Bought up the only affordable housing in the area and now their about to squeeze blood from a stone. I like to be fair so if there's one thing i'll give them it's that they don't charge a fee for online payment. Now if they would only use that money to tow these broken down cars parked everywhere. Absolutely trashy.

The management only cares about taking your money, they pretend to be nice but then completely switch up. No maintenance comes to fix anything, ac is always broken as well. They do not do background checks, REALLY UNSAFE. GUNSHOTS at night, suspicious activity. Not suitable for children even though nearby schools are good. My car was stolen and they did not do anything. Cameras there are fake, only for show. I WAS MUGGED BY MY NEIGHBORS. Please do not be deceived, I am speaking from my own terrible experience.
The management is Horrible!! they are never willing to help you with anything, they never respond to phone calls, voice messages, emails! And when asked to speak to someone higher up I was told I couldn’t get that information!
RUN!! Unless you have no other options I wouldn’t recommend a place like this to my worst enemy. I don’t know where to start. Management is soo rude & unprofessional, and they will NEVER answer phones calls or respond to any texts/emails even during business office hours. Valet trash almost never get picked up despite being forced to pay the monthly fee. If you have a maintenance request? Prepare to wait months. The gym is only accessible when the leasing office is open Mon-Friday. So if you have any 9-5 job, just forget about it. Living here feels like a ripoff & nightmare & there's no way to contact anyone higher up than the office staff. They don’t care at all nore will they at least pretend to
Very old property that keeps switching management only to slap paint on top of what should be demolished. Roaches trash and mold everywhere!! The breezeways are super nasty and they never clean them. There is no Dropbox to pay rent if you work during business hours and it costs money to pay online. Please don’t move here you will regret it! Management is unprofessional!!
I applied for leasing at Lavista Crossing using online system, I was eventually declined. But Lavista Crossing deducted my application fee 75 and 150 for the administration fee within 24hrs from my account. Once I was declined they informed me it will take 30 days in 2019 to refund the administration fee, you will not have anyone to contact nor have any information to check on status! I still have not gotten my money back. Do NOT USE THIER ONLINE LEASING SYSTEM, nor Do not give them the money order signed over to them until you are approved and have made a decision. My rental history is great, good thing I was approved around the corner. But I need my money and they will not respond. But it’s probably for the best I did not move their with this type of service and the front office will not care, they will just move on but if it was they money, I am sure they would want it back promptly!!!
This is the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come across. They do not know how to speak to people and handle situations properly. The leasing office takes weeks to come and fix anything. The apartment are old and infested with roaches or mold. They charge you for renovations without renovating. My closet door breaks every day and my bathtubs paint chips away. My car was broken into and someone stole 800$ cash. & recently a tree fell in my car and all of management is not providing information I’ve asked for and are dodging calls and emails & called back from an unknown number. This place is a joke, stay away.
We been living here since2014 , currently management changed, they are worst !!!! They dont want to workout with you or do anything for you once you move, you can not rent club house, you can not use gym, you have to keep neggaging. Dont move! Dont rent this apartment!!!! Staff is not willing to help at all. New staff is always a half sleep, and full of attitude, i dont know why they bother to come to work , if they dont want to help thier residents. Old staff was better , this staff makes us move from different apartment.
I made a comment on April 27, 2017 that I was impressed.... guess what I'm still impressed about everything at LaVista Crossing...here really feels like a house instead of an apartment...the office staffs...Paris and Samria make sure that you're comfortable. They're very nice, excellent customer service Ladies!!!! They really take time out of their busy schedule to listen to whatever i have to say if there's a problem and act on it very quickly. The premises are very well kept and very quite as well...Thanks! Ladies and Maintenance I'm happy living here. 8/31/17

Although we chose a different apartment complex, the customer service at Lavista was excellent. The employee we met was friendly and personable. My fiance and I appreciate the kindness and generosity shown during our tour of the facilities.
I live at La Vista Crossing approximately five years it was great until two years ago. Management changed ,and so did the service . Request placed would sometimes get lost or may never get acknowledge. This is never good when the resident like myself pay a reasonable amount of money. I love the area but if the service does not improve in the complex unfortunately I'll have to move. The apartment is big , quiet has most of my needs washer and dryer nice appliances etc. but lacks the attention of the management in some areas. Some things cannot be taken for granted. Hence the reason I gave a rate of three.
