Property Ratings at Lawrenceville Gardens
If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. The company that manages this property (manhattan management company) doesn't follow through on anything they say they are going to. We were promised assistance getting the washing machine and dryer that we owned hooked up after moving in. When it came time to actually do it we were told it was a low priority. After a few days of it not being done the leasing agent told us it would not be happening. We also had multiple issues in the apartment that were never taken care of well. Paint chipped all over in the bathroom after we moved in. When we put a ticket in a maintenance guy came in and said its because they used acrylic paint. I asked them what a permanent solution would be and he said they would just keep painting it. So the expectation was that I would put in a new ticket every two weeks to get them to come in and paint, during which my bathroom was essentially unusable. I tried to get tickets escalated multiple times and was never called back a single time. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in my life and I've never even remotely had such a terrible experience.
It has been 3 months now. The apartment community is clean and noise free and well maintained. The maintenance crew is prompt and tends to concerns right away. The office staff is kind, and good at their work. The apartments are old, but not a lot of wear and tear. The heat vents are not very clean, but doesn't matter as much as they still function well! Apartment amenities include heat, hot-water, water, sewage and car parking. Dumpsters are cleared out regularly. The apartments upstairs can get noisy because the rule to cover the floor with carpet is not enforced strictly enough, but thats not a lot of bother for me. Economical stay!
Clean and good apartments. Community staff is also helpful. Located conveniently from shops and hospitals. Reasonable rents. I had lived for 1.5 years and stay was memorable.
Just signed up lease and getting in. Everything is close by, malls, highways, etc. We got every amenities that we needed in this apartment hence excited about here.
