I placed a work order for my sink Friday night cool, probably not going to get to it that day. It is now Thursday and no one has come to even look at it. I called the office Tuesday to get an update, all I was told was that she would reach out to the Maintenance man. Now I call and can't even get through to the office, wouldn't be surprised if they are screening my calls. They are understaffed and they prioritize there work orders I get that, but almost a week to try and get someone to come unclog a sink is ridiculous!. I can't even use my dishwasher, and the water back up in the sink smells and looks extremely unpleasant. I bet they want there rent on time though right?
I didn't want to do this but my god. What a shame this place has turned into. its been sad to watch it go downhill the past 4 years. from the outside curb appeal to the quality of care the staff gives to the tenants. Had my bathtub resurfaced, which wasn't done correctly and is now in worse condition than it was before. not to mention the mess i had to clean up from it. the trash around the property is becoming more and more. the landscaping was ripped out talking about " multi million dollar renovations." Where? the overfilled dog poop stands that were installed aren't multimillion dollars, nor is the resurfacing job on my bathtub- Not to mention my countertops are no longer attached to my walls, and when it was brought up a couple years ago it was forgotten about, so when I re submitted it recently when I started to have an in house water feature coming out of my ceiling I was told "they will not be fixed but pictures will be put in my file so I am not charged. I see rent going up but NOTHING to justify it. LOL this place is a joke, has code compliance ran though here yet? they are about to. Save yourself the headache. don't rent here.

I lived here never late on rent, EVER! no damages at all and I have a video to prove that. Why these people refuse to give me my deposit. This place was nice when we moved in 3 years ago but had gone downhill. Management has changed many times. Only move here if you don't care where you move. The complex is very outdated and is not worth the rent they charge. Please BEWARE of this place if you're looking for a quality place to move. When it rains, it floods here really bad and your feet will get wet because you will need boots it's so much flooding

We were interested in these apartments until they told us cable/internet is required (most of the Madera owned properties in this area require it) and we aren’t willing to pay for cable. Internet would be okay as most people need that anyway. Their reasoning is to make the property more high end, even though it’s really just the big cable companies way of trying to stay afloat since most people use streaming services now. I was also told one price over the phone then went to apply the next day & the price had changed $200 more. The office staff is not all on the same page which is a huge red flag. We will be looking elsewhere.

The apartment is dirty they just painted over the trash that was there. The lock was so horrible, it didnt even work. I went to the office and they said it wasn’t an emergency!!! Our safety isn’t an emergency don’t move in here when they can’t even give you a working lock or a ready apartment. They said we would get new carpet and they give us one with a huge stain on it. The cabinets of this apartment are deteriorating and they just painted over it but you can still see it clear as day. In one of the cabinets they painted over elbow noodles which just shows how much they care about giving you a clean apartment. This is only the first day and I’m thinking this place was not worth it. Edit:okay so I wasn’t able to post this right when I moved in which was Saturday, Today is Tuesday. We went to the office Monday morning to tell them and they apologized regarding the lock. Now the carpet they kept saying that they thought they did change it and were very passive aggressive about it until I kept saying that it wasn’t changed. I kept telling them it smelled like smoke and it had a huge stain on it which is how I know they didn’t change it. They finally told me they would change it Tuesday morning. Thankfully they did. But the rest of the apartment stayed the same. Trash painted over in bathroom and kitchen. Just an honest review regarding how the apartment was moving in.

This complex is a disaster, apartments do not look anything like the one online, front office staff lied when talking about the property. Huge roaches, back porch is a swamp, no grass, weeds and trash everywhere. Gunshots and cops. Rented this apartment for staff on line without seeing the property - HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART! Had I not trusted the front office staff I would have taken one look at this place and ran for the hills.

We just signed a lease for an apartment here and it is the absolute worst. They allowed us to move in without warning that the air conditioning (central air) was not working in our apartment. The toilet is wobbly and you cant sit on it without it pretty much falling over. And the floor boards in the bathroom...oh wait there aren't any! When we moved in they just casually mentioned that that cleaning people decided not to show up so the maintenance guy did the best he could to clean the apartment. The drains were so backed up that I had to go buy draino just to take a shower. There's always loud music and cops outside so we'll have to get soundproof curtains if we want to have any hope of sleep. They said they would have the bathroom toilet and floorboards fixed a week ago, clearly that didn't happen. And the air conditioning "a week or two" which probably means never. Wish me luck cause we'll be here for a year.

I've lived here 2 years. Had to transfer 3 time, they make it impossible to move out and equally impossible to stay. All 3 apartments they I lived in the AC do not work. They come to "repair" and yet here I sit in 85 degrees when it's set at 75 cause bellow that it will freeze this has happen in two of the three apartments I lived in. The thired one the AC just did not work it just pushed hot air everywhere. We've asked if we could purchase a window unit and if we could be reimbursed for it but they refuse to do so, but allow our family to sit in the heat no problem. Clearly the tenants do not matter to the managers that we've had come through all 6 that have come through for 3 to 5 months than left themselves. We've attempted to move but the previous manager made it impossible telling the other complex that we were moving early on our own free will even though it was because the leak in restroom floor went on for 3 months and no repair was made causing black mold to form and go up the walls. The foundation to the apartment s have all had issues one so much that there was a slant in the floor from the front to the back of the apartment. Please please please if you have children stay away, our son seems to think that living in the heat is a normal way of life. Its sad how bad these apartments are even after all of their "renovations"...

The office staff is incompetent & unprofessional. The phony front they put on is all for show. They treat you with disregard when you have to call more than once for any issues or repairs. It takes several weeks for repairs and sometimes it doesn't get fixed at all. There have been several maintenance staff changes. The office staff is full of excuses and rarely follow up, so therefor you have to continually call them. Trying to get a hold of anyone at the The Lynd Co. (the property management Co.) is impossible. The Lynd Co. has several bad reviews and if I had read them first I would have rented elsewhere. Lesson Learned!! Do not be fooled by the "renovated exterior" and do not trust a "demo" apartment as I fell into that trap. I later found out, while talking to other tenants, that I was not the only victim of false advertisement. These apartments are not renovated as the claim they are. There is major foundation problems, plumbing and electrical issues. I would post pictures if I could.

This place is a joke! I realized by looking at the reviews that were not the only ones who they have done this too either. We were shown a apartment demo by Sarah as she told us our apartment would look just like it although it was not ready yet due to the "renovatation". We moved in a couple weeks ago, and realized the pictures of the kitchen they show on line is not what we got. Kitchen sink was leaking, broken cabinets, broken drawers, water damaged cabintry, old hardware in the bathrooms, rusted bathroom sink, no water pressure in the bathroom, both front/back door broken, windows were missing latches, and the list goes on. Do not rent from these people!

Recently moved into what was advertised/marketed online, and by staff to be a "newly renovated and upgraded" apt. NOT TRUE! The apt has worn, water damaged cabinets with mold, some of which were missing at move in, leaks under kitchen & bath sink -kitchen flood first day there. It was no where near ready for move in, and far from renovated! On top of all this, mgmt. has made it clear that they've no intentions on "renovated", and have taken their time to do any repairs. Was also promised washer/dryer hook up - my appliances are sitting in the middle of dining floor... Obvious false advertisement!!

I have lived her 2 months and was supposed to have a newly remodeled apartment. There are so many problems including a door that won't stay closed unless it is locked because it has been kicked in. My dryer vent is stopped up. I have no base boards in my.kitchen. The list goes on. I am so disappointed. They keep telling me they are going to get to me. ..........

i have been living here for almost a year and its has been the worst. I went 2 months with out A/C and how is has been 3 weeks with out hot water. And they do not want to do anything about it because my lease is up in April. There maintains people are lazy and catch there own apartments on fire. Please don't be fooled with the improvements they are doing.

Poor area really sux living here I'm always worried something bad is going to happen the ac didn't work while I was living there.
Thses are under new ownership. They are remodeling. Kicking us out when lease is up to another apt and raising rent $200. Maintenance is bad, takes over a month to fix something. Water bill increased since new owners. They charge a pet deposit of $300 and $25 monthly pet rent, $10 month pest control fee that you have to request and they forget to put you on the list and you have request again the next month.
We are under new management at this apartment and so far it has been going good. Manitance is timely on fixing orders but I have not met the in house staff as of yet.
If you enjoy waiting over a week in 100° weather with absolutely no cold air coming out of your a/c then this is the place to live! Maintenance is terrible the complex needs a complete renovation. Moved in during the winter only to find out my heater didnt work. Put in a work order and even then maintenance took a little under a week to show up. The complex is currently under new ownership by LYND corporations, so now to put in a work order you must call a call center. Not sure what the crime rate is but the police presence is noticeable inside and around the complex. The main office never answers their phone or cant give an estimated time on when repairs will be done. The apartments are a good size for the price but i guess you get what you pay for.Neighbors are nice and the area is quiet most of the time, which are the only good things i can say about this place.
