Cudahy is a suburban city located seven miles down the shore from Downtown Milwaukee, adjacent to General Mitchell International Airport. The city is known as the home of the Patrick Cudahy food company, with its main facility right in the center of town. Primarily a residential community, Cudahy is filled with apartments, condos, and houses of every description, typically at very affordable rates.

Very impressive

I am baffled by the reviews I have read on this placed. A elderly friend of mine was interested after watching the construction from the beginning to the end. She asked if I would check it out. I stopped in prior to them opening. The manager Madeleine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She invited me to come tour during the open house on March 4th. We toured several units. I must say talk about quality. The place is awesome. In my line of work I go to a lot of apartments, and this building did not cut any corners. Very spacious well put together. One of the best I have seen. The open house and my experience with the management staff was very professional, and in my opinion responded back to us within reasonable amount of time. After my visit I told my friend. She went there with a couple of her church friends a couple hours later. She had nothing but great things to say about the place. She said that Madeleine lady was so nice and helpful. So I am glad I checked it out. I am thinking about moving there myself.

Ridiculous

Along with the other reviewers I am having the same communication problems. I live in Cudahy and have been excited about these new apartments since construction began. When they finally said they would be available we called and called and sent many emails but never here back. It's is extremely unprofessional and we have given up even wanting to live here now.

Kind of unprofesional

I have been emailing this place since they showed up on line when I started looking for an apartment back in February. I sent an email three times from my email address and twice from my husbands and still haven't heard from any one. In addition, I called twice and left a voice mail both times, but I haven't received a response. I can't imagine what it would be like living there and having any kind of issues with my unit.

Called the number twice no answer no voice mail and two emails with no reply. They were supposed to have an open house in February but no one was there to show the place.
