Property Ratings at LC Murfreesboro
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, maintenance staff is outstanding. One of a few places without breed restrictions most others have, truly pet friend not just a marketing phrase. I have live here going on 2 years and see staying for several more.

Living at LC Murfreesboro has been an experience for sure. After 5 years of living at this apartment complex, I think I can give you a true review of living here. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to live, this is place for you! I've absolutely loved living here. The staff is incredible, especially Jessie. Anytime I've ever needed anything, she has always been there to assist me. Thank you Jessie! I loved my townhome apartment. It truly did not feel like a traditional apartment, but more of a home. Landscaping is always upkept. Amenities are very nice. Apartment interiors are standard and a value for what you pay. Overall, I'd give LC 5 STARS!
This place will take you for a ride and back again. The pricing is absolutely ridiculous and is way more than it is worth. They will charge you for carpet no matter how much wear and tear and the office staff is very unreasonable. If you forget your trashcan on the doorstep, they will take it hostage and force you to pay a fee to get it back. Maintenance is the only bright spot but there are better places in the area for a much better price. Buyer beware!!!

Hello, Please feel free to send an email to address anything you may be unhappy with: jperry@lifestylecommunities.com. I'm happy to go over any repairs and procedures with you relating to the community. Thank you, Jessie Perry
It's been 5 different times now that the trash removal service has missed my apartment. The staff has given me every excuse imaginable and I'm done with it. Please remove the trash removal service from my bill and I will then remove my 1 star review. Until then, it stays.
Property Manager at LC Murfreesboro, Responded To This Review
Hello! If you'd like to email me your apartment number, I can work on getting this sorted out for you if it is still an ongoing issue. Please let me know how we can help to ensure the trash is properly picked up by the service and fix this for you. I hope you have a great week! - Jessie Perry, Community Manager
Not worth the amount of rent they charge. No parking at all for residents because of the Goat. Goat customers treated better than LC residents. The staff does not take care of the residents. Hallways smell like dog urine in the buildings. Lawn and landscaping is not taken care of. Not worth the money, don't rent from the LC.
These apartments are definitely impressive looking from the outside. I love The Goat and the nice pool. The staff has always been super friendly and awesome! However, the inside of the apartments can be questionable. For one, our unit doesn't have closet doors that match up so nothing really closes correctly. Whoever built this place also left glue or something in the toilet bowl so it looks always dirty. No lights or fans because apparently we should provide our own. Carpet is laid very poorly. There isn't a lot of storage space and the utilization of space is very odd to me. Also, the trash service is awful with lots of odd rules. There is a car parked in the parking lot that literally hasn't moved in two years plus one our neighbors is always working on broken down cars and taking up more parking spaces. We have been here since they first opened and it was really great for awhile but our needs are changing and with the rising rent, we had to find something with more for our buck. It is seriously a really cool community thought. I recommend if you want a different sort of living experience.
Great curb appeal and atmosphere. Nice pool area. Fitness center is adequate. Most other renters are friendly. But... Inside is cheaply constructed. Low quality carpet is easily stained. Thin paint is easily scuffed. Floating hard wood floors are prone to scratches. No door bell on 3 floor apartment. Bring your own lighting also (using table/floor lamps only gets old after a while). The nonrefundable deposit and pet deposit are fees - not deposits that can be used for ANY repairs when exiting. Don't leave ANYTHING when exiting, even the add-ons you need to install for normal everyday living. Parking is hit or miss but is similar to apartments.
To begin, we had to have maintenance come see real times within the first week. The outlets were not wired right and neither were our wires for the switches and ceilings downstairs and upstairs. Our toilet leaked and when I told them about it they said someone probably just missed the toilet. I wanted to let it continue until the floor was damaged but I was kind enough to continue calling until they realized there was a large crack in our toilet. The walls are so thin I hear words to our neighbors music. Lastly there are many dumb voilations such as hanging Christmas lights on your door a after Christmas and setting your trash out front (where it's supposed to go) a day early. Being charged too much for a mediocre living space.
Great place to live, community living, many amenities including pool with Goat bar ( makes you feel like resort living), fitness club not your typical apartment style - lots of equipment, fantastic classes such as yoga and spin. Apartments are made well, minimal hearing of noise from neighbors, good living space, luv the wood floors option. The various group activities planned have been so fun, such as comedy club, Arrington vineyard, wine/yoga in the park - to name a few. Sure you have to,pay for the events but very reasonable price and well planned. Place allows you to,meet many people due to the environment/community. Management staff and maintenance/grounds staff all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking these out and living here - remember you get what you pay for!
Just as stated in title. This complex "looks good" from the outside but inside there is NO storage. Long walk to get to ones apartment. Many owners with dogs who are not reprimanded for not cleaning up after their dog so there is dog feces everywhere you walk (even on sidewalks). The "brownstone" look of the complex is just worth all the negatives. This my be the perfect complex for some but make sure you know what you are getting into before signing contract.
I've only been living here for a little over a month and will ditto what others have said: great, pet-friendly place with really nice amenities. I especially like the way the community is designed - looks like a quaint neighborhood complete with brick streets, sidewalks, trees and grassy areas. Also, the mindset is one of a community with planned activities (this week's was a tour of a local winery) and an excellent gym that sponsors actual fitness classes and a weekly running club. The management has been efficient and friendly from the time I moved in. I will be staying!
I've been living here for a little over a year. I like most of everything here: fitness, volleyball courts, and the events that they are trying to do for the residents. What I do not like is the parking it is such a nightmare because of "The Goat," outside people are not considered with the parking for the residents who live here. They are parking in front of our townhomes, yet I overheard a customer complaints about someone is taking up the spot with a moving truck when this person actually lives here. The office is not doing anything about it yet they treat "The Goat" better the residents that are living here.
My boyfriend an I have lived here for a little over 6 months and have loved most everything! We are in the large one bedroom (Bentley flat)-- vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, huge closet. BUT there is zero storage. Definitely a minimalists' ideal place. The management company (Lifestyle Communities) focuses mainly on a sense of community: on-site restaurant, volleyball courts, beautiful pool, 24 hr fitness. It's been great so far. I do, however, wish the parking was better. Overall, I enjoy living here. Will definitely be staying for a while!
Have lived in Henley Station for about 10 months now and I have to say it is really a fatastic place to live. We have a 2 bedroom townhouse with hardwood floors. It is spacious, bright, well insulated and overall just a really nice home. My ONLY complaint is that we have some really loud people next door that slam their door every time they come in or out but that is not the fault of the complex, its just rude people. There is a really nice gym with a weight room, spin room and and a room where they do yoga and zumba. There is also an amazing pool area where you can also get food and drinks from the Goat which is the on-site restaurant. Last but not least there is sand volleyball and fire pits (haven't opened those yet). It is sort of like living in a resort but you never have to leave. The management is top notch and maintenance is timely and always completed well. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a more upscale environment in a rental community.
LC Henley Station apartments do not look or live like your typical apartment complex. It's a quaint neighborhood with rows of brick townhouses, flats and garden apartments. There are sidewalks and cobblestone looking streets. Dog friendly, parks and beautiful salt water pool are among the many amentities. The neighborhood bar and grill is just a sidewalk stroll away. I live in one of the townhouses and love it! Hardwood floors, nine foot ceilings and a garage are just some of the nice amenities. The location of LC Henley Station is the icing on the cake! VERY convenient to everything and about three minutes to the interestate if you want to drive to Nashville. Lovin this place! Happy to call it home!
