Nice unit but there has been a lot of maintenance issues and it takes a lot of time to have the repairs done. Also, the way that the water bill is spilt between residents is unfair because not everyone uses the same amount of water. I wouldn’t mind if everything was taken care of in a timely matter or if there wasn’t so many maintenance issues with the unit.
LeBlanc is located in a really nice neighborhood. They have a lot of amenities available for you such as pool, recreation room, gym, and a quiet refreshing patio to relax. It has been helpful to know how quick and polite the staff is, and always maintaining a clean area. Apartments are very close to various of businesses, and not too far from anything that is needed. Elevator goes out of service time to time, but always the back one available, and stairs if needed.
A beautiful building in a excellent location. The community is amazing with friendly neighbors, outstanding management (Philandria) and super responsive maintenance (Christian). Overall, Leblanc is a great place to live!
I love living here , it is very clean and bright ! Our apartment is very big and nice ! The maintenance person respond fast to our request ! Philandria is always very helpful and nice !

I’ve been here for three years and I love this place. The manager Suzy by far is the best.
I’ve lived at Le Blanc for 9 months. I have not had any issues and in all honesty it’s an extremely pleasant place to live. Staff members of the complex are always so pleasant and of course their is Suzy who is always on her “A Game”. Any maintenance issues (all minor) have been handled immediately. They’re always finding ways to spruce of the the look and keep it modern, nice and clean.
Great place to be in the middle of everything . Friendly neighbors and get along with staff .
The Le Blanc Apartments are spacious and offer luxurious living with there stainless steel appliances and granite counters and wood flooring they also have a washer and dryer and dish washer the community here is very calm and quiet they are also Pet friendly the manager and staff are also very helpful and professional
Awesome apartments! Building kept nice and clean, apartment are huge. I LOVE IT.
Going on my 2nd year living at the LeBlanc. Close to the 101 and 118, the shopping mall and plenty of dining close by. I have a 2 bedroom and loft. These units are huge. The vaulted ceilings fireplace and washer/dryer is everything to me. I also have 2 patios and 2 parking spaces. Our manager Suzy is amazing, she’s always so friendly and really goes out of her way to keep everyone happy and the place perfect. They have a lot of stuff for residents like taco nights. The pool is perfect for summer days in the valley and don’t forget the gym. I feel safe here,the building requires a fob to get in and we are right by the police station.
My two sons and I moved in last month (November 2018); They both rely on public transportation to get to school and work, and we love the fact that the orange line is a short 5 minute walk from the complex. Our property manager, Suzy, made the move-in process incredibly quick and hassle-free. The complex is always super clean and well maintained. We are loving it so far!

We love our apartment home. Moving to Le Blanc apartment was the best decision for my family. The apartment is kept up well and management is very helpful. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Susy is the property manager and she is wonderful. The communities are very family oriented. IT is a wonderful place to live. We just renewed our lease for another year and this will be our fourth year living in this communities. I am very close to my work and Westfield Mall.
I love living here. The apartments are super spacious. The appliances are energy efficient. The pool is always clean. The people who live here are great and friendly! The management! Wow the management is what sells this place for me. Suzy is seriously the best. She makes moving in smooth! Then while you're living here, she makes living here smooth. She takes care of any issues, and she is always super friendly! She is seriously so hard working! If there's one reason to move here it's that Suzy makes you feel at home here.
I could not recommend Le Blanc Apartment homes highly enough. The complex is greatly built and is definitely safe for the entire family. There are so much activities that could be enjoyed by everyone. The pool is big, the gym is complete with state-of-the-art equipments, in the game room is a whole lot of fun, and the courtyard is just awesome for relaxing. The units are surely spacious as well. There is good ventilation and ceilings are nice and high. The neighbours are very friendly. And as a bonus, Suzy, the leasing manager is very accommodating. This sweet lady makes sure that everyone is comfortable. Location is also a big plus! It is just beside a grocery store and is near malls and other shopping centres. Le Blanc is not just an apartment complex, you'll always be glad to call it home.
I can't recommend this apartment complex enough. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is helpful, the apartment is beautiful with great upkeep. There's several bus stops nearby and has its own big parking lot. If you're looking for a place in Canoga Park, this is where you want to be.
Everyone who visits us here at the apartment love it. It is safe and feels homely. I’ve moved thrice in the same complex. Neighbors are nice too and i have never had any noise complaints

I've lived at Le Blanc for almost a year now and I do have to say it's quite a wonderful property. The property manager, Nicole, is so approachable and helpful. She knows her stuff and is able to answer any questions I have. The rent is affordable and online payment is available for convenience. The courtyard and community spaces on the first floor provide the perfect atmosphere to hang out with friends and chat or read a book by yourself. The other tenants are very friendly and are very respectful concerning noise level and keeping the community clean. Being a young woman, safety is always important to me. Le Blanc has gated garage that you need a remote to open and is also located right across from the Topanga police station. I always feel safe coming home late at night. Le Blanc is in the perfect location with everything you need being a 5-15 minute walk or drive; the Metro, the grocery store, 7/11, Topanga mall, McDonalds, etc. Everything is incredibly accessible. I highly recommend this property.
Just moved to California a few months ago, and before the move my husband and I searched for the right apartment for our family. Every place seem to be small, outdated, and over priced. The reason I fell in love with this apartment is that we moved in on a special, so the 2nd month was free, and we only had to pay $500 deposit for our dog, instead of a deposit and monthly fee. The building is brand new and gorgeous. I absolutely love my kitchen which has all stainless steel appliances, and we also have a spare room for guest. Everyone seems to stay to their selves so it's pretty quiet, and your minutes away from everything, the only down-side is that my apartment is facing the apartments across from us, which I hate.
