Property Ratings at Le Coeur Du Monde
If you want paper thin walls where you can hear everything your neighbors do, this is your place. I have to say, I really wanted to like this place, but it's not great. The neighbors are horribly loud. Working from home and being on meetings is impossible with the amount of noise from the neighbors. I'm constantly having to call maintenance for one thing breaking or another. And I feel like the office staff is only nice to get you in the door and once you're in, they're unresponsive and/or rude. The carport parking spots are so small, the car next mine has hit mine, I'm sure a couple times (it doesn't help that they don't bother to actually park right; they just pull in, crooked or not). It's better to NOT have one and just park in the outside spots, if you can find one. For what you have to pay to live here, don't. There's much nicer, much better places to live. I wish I had spent my money somewhere else. I have one week left and I can't wait to get out.
Been here a couple years and it’s a nightmare. Horribly maintained, yet there’s somehow always some kind of obnoxiously loud work being done. Unprofessional, borderline incompetent office staff that will straight up ignore your maintenance requests but constantly bother you with asinine requests. Also, a ridiculous amount of children between 2-10 running around screaming constantly, stomping up and down stairs and genuinely out of control. Just a disaster. Steer clear of this one folks, or you’ll be sorry!
I could not recommend this place to anyone I know and care about. The property itself was nice, when everything was working, but the rest of our experience there was very poor. First, we had a big spider problem there. For a little over a month we would see 3-6 spiders a week throughout our apartment. We would contact the office multiple times and all they did was send someone over twice to quickly spray and nothing more. It changed nothing. There were still spiders that would show up in our bed, shower, and kitchen. We eventually had to pay for Orkin to come over and then we finally saw results. At one point, our dryer was left unrepaired for over 2 months. We would contact the office and they would tell us someone would come that week. No one would show and we would repeat the process over. Someone from the dryer repair company came and saw that the dryer vents were never cleaned. The office told me they were. The dryer repair man told me he always had to come back twice to this complex, because this happens almost every time. At one point I was in the bathroom getting ready. I walked out half naked to see two men working on the AC. Keep in mind, the door was locked, the door block was up, and no one in the office told me anyone from the repair team was coming. Terrible experience. On the upside, the space itself was nice. Plenty of room for the price. It was nice being near Creve Coeur Lake. So if you are ok with slow repair times, unannounced intrusion to your apartment, good space for your dollar, and potential spider problems, then this may be an ok place for you.
We have been living in the Le Coeur Du Monde apartments for the past 2 years and recently renewed for this year. The staff is very helpful and they will listen to all our problems and try to solve them ASAP. I would recommend Le Coeur du Monte to anyone.
Great floor plan. Very sound proof. Bottom floor unit directly next the 364 wall. Can not hear the roar of the automobiles flying down 364. Can not hear neighbors, or thunder storms. It is not a new community but well maintained. Maintenance staff is friendly and care about the property. I feel lucky to have moved in last July 2021.
This place is terrible about maintenance. My in-unit washer has been broken for the better part of a year and getting in touch with anyone to work on it is borderline impossible. I've also had a non-functional garbage disposal for months with no word on repair ever occurring. I would move out, but was given 5 days notice that my renewal timeframe had been increased to 60 days and that my rent was raised with no time to look elsewhere. The neighborhood would be nice enough, but the management is awful at best.
Le Coeur du Monte apartments exceeded every expectation I hade.The staff are helpful in every way whether face to face or over the phone along with the 24hr call service they can accommodate you,I would recommend Le Coeur du Monte to anyone.
Great location, spacious walk in closets, 1 car garage , extra storage, washer and dryer hook-ups in the basement with your own private key/entrance. All for less than 600.00 per month for a 2bd/1 restroom. 2 swimming pools. Garage connects to the basement/storage for all your convenience to tools, suitcases, stove away things. Garage is big enough for 1 car and 1 motorcycle, kids bikes, and toys. Close to private and public schools and childcare centers, highways.Menards just opened near by in st. anne. Managent will update any of the features if you request so. This all in Half Moon Village off of Midland.

Nice, clean spacious units in a secluded area close to major highways, stores, parks, and the only natural lake in Missouri- Creve Coeur Lake. Recently renovated apartments have plans that provide plenty of privacy for tenants within the unit- plenty of storage within the unit as well. Fireplace and skyline units also available. Washer and dryer units are included and a storage space off the patio. Plenty of open air parking space. Carports are available at an extra charge. School district has been reported in US papers as one of the top ten in the country. Amenities include gym, gym shower booths, sauna, hot tub, pool (stays open longer until the end of September), tennis courts. All is situated around the central club house within a 2 min walking distance from units as it is a small apartment complex built in a European mountain resort style. Architecturally designed so it provides maximum space and convenience , surrounded by deciduous and evergreen trees. Estate like feeling.
Just renewed for another year. The space for the amount of money is great! New carpet, updated kitchen and bath make the apartments very homey. Great amenities, although the hot tub has been broken for most of my time here and the gym is always hot. There is never a crowd at the pool,and very close and centrally located to a lot of St. Louis.
