Folks around the Bay Area most likely know Santa Clara as the location of Levi’s Stadium, home field for the San Francisco 49ers and host venue for college bowl games and various concerts. While the stadium has certainly redefined the city’s public image, the community retains a diverse palette of cultural offerings.
Like much of Silicon Valley, the tech sector is heavily represented in Santa Clara, and serves as one of the most prominent industries in town. The Triton and DeSaissit Museums bring unique art exhibits to the city, while attractions like California’s Great America and Central Park provide excellent opportunities for family-friendly outdoor fun. With San Jose right next door, the options for shopping, dining, and entertainment become nearly endless.

Property Ratings at Le Parc
They look good from outside. Has washer dryer. The apartment are next to a cemetery, if it matters to anyone.
I really like where I live, unfortunately the economy of scales dominate this area and the rent continues to go up regards of the residents loyalty, feelings, or payment history (paying on time).
After 9 months my rent is due to go up from 2034 to 3335. I have been a great tenant considering we moved into an apartment that has a tub that is cracked and they just lined it with a polyester/chauk coating. The shower knobs stripped and had to be replaced immediately. The stucco around the patio window is so worn out they have covered it with tape an now they raised our rent up just like that! I believe they are forcing current tenants out to increase their cash flow. Where is the value? I actually like the place, but don't like being forced to pay more so soon or move out!
