National publications constantly place Pittsburgh near the top of the list for most livable cities in America, and it’s easy to see why. The city has a rich history as an industrial and economic hub, which led to the construction of many grand buildings and public sculptures which still stand today. Downtown in particular is rich with beautifully preserved buildings and lush public parks dating back well over a century, giving the entire community a timeless atmosphere.
Pittsburgh is split into three sections by the rivers passing through the city: Downtown (a.k.a. “The Golden Triangle), the North Side, and the South Side. Each has its fair share of attractions and landmarks: the North Side is home to Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park (making it a perfect area for sports fans), the South Side features big, beautiful greenways and refurbished steel mills, and Downtown is where you’ll find the most variety in dining, nightlife, and entertainment.

Property Ratings at Lebanon Vue
Rooms are decent, and there's no monthly pet rent for cats, but management and maintenance are a joke. In less then a year we've experienced: -a fire -3 rounds of roach infestations -countless building-wide drain clogs -water leaking through the ceiling -power-outages Maintenance never responds to requests online or their voicemail. You have to hope you can track them down. Additionally, parking is an absolute disaster. Every car is scraped since spots are so tight, and they can't manage them. I have had 4 double-booked parking spaces. 2 neighbors threatened us unprovoked, one banging on my door at 1am. There are only 4 washers and 4 dryers for the whole building, 2 of which don't work anyways. There is no way to buzz people into the building. You have to manually let people in. No trash chute either. This is a nice neighborhood in Mt. Lebo, but your money would be well spent at another facility.
I recently leased an apartment with Lebanon Vue and the leasing staff made it an extremely positive experience and made me feel welcomed before I even moved in. Upon moving in, if I had any questions or concerns the maintenance staff was extremely helpful. It’s in a great location, and my apartment was newly renovated. I would recommend living here to anyone I know!
Property Manager at Lebanon Vue, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the kind review! We are very pleased to hear of your positive experience and hope that you enjoy living in your new apartment!
Apartments are infested with roaches and bedbugs. New management came and raised prices without fixing any issues and instead were rude to tenants. Was forced to move along with many others because of the roaches and price.

We are so very sorry that you had that experience. We do not want anyone to have a negative living experience or environment. I know that new management is working hard to upgrade and renovate the building, and we definitely apologize for any behavior or comments that came across as rude. If you would like to discuss, please call 412-481-9760 and we would be happy to address your experience. Again, we sincerely do apologize.
Poorly maintained building with management team that does not respond to voicemails and emails.

Thank you for the review, and I know that management is working to upgrade and renovate the building, which will take some time. Leasing and management has been short-staffed, but we have worked to fix that! Please feel free to call 412-481-9760 to address your concerns. Ask for Taryn. Thank you!
I just leased out a newly renovated apartment at Lebanon Vue using their virtual leasing option. The leasing staff was very patient and courteous and sent me several videos and pictures of different apartments. The unit I leased was very nicely redone with new hardwood floors and kitchen appliances. I am very excited to move in!

Located just outside of the city and close to everything in Mt. Lebanon. Walkable to local parks and other shops. I don't have children, but Mt. Lebanon is also the best school district in Pittsburgh.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! It is greatly appreciated! We are glad that you like the location of our property and hope that you continue to enjoy it!
Currently staying at the Lebanon Vue apartments in Mt. Lebanon. The apartment is quiet, well kept and in a convienient location that is right on the bus line and in a nice area. The apartment complex does need some minor updates but otherwise in good condition. They only allow cats, with a pet deposit so it is not completely pet friendly.
