Property Ratings at LeClaire
They always have an excuse for something, usually that it's an old building. Well then charge old building prices. Charge rent based off of not having heat in the winter or ac in the summer. Not having working elevators. Having the outdoor patio as an area just got smokers. Having garbage piled around the dumpsters. Having appliances that look like they came from the 90s. If you can only offer cheap accommodations then charge cheap rent.

I love living here, the administration is impeccable, the organization too and the residents are respectful. I have no words to thank Nayla for her care and attention. Nayla is the reason for this whole organization. I don't have anything negative to say. Excellent place.

I moved in over the summer. During this time we had air conditioning. The building turned off the AC on October 1. At this time it was still 50 degrees outside. Being a 15 story building - many apartments are very high up and remain very hot. It is very hard to cool apartments that are that high up. There were days when it was 70-80 degrees outside in October and November and my apartment was 85 degrees. Temperatures have been in the high 60 for a while now but, they didn't turn on the AC until April 28th, but it is broken, and has been a full week and still no AC. At this point, my apartment was once again near 85 degrees. My wood furniture is warped. The AC is still not on. I enjoy my apartment, but the heat is insufferable for months out of the years. The elevators also often break and are out for weeks at a time when this happens. I will not be renewing my lease.

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your concerns and frustrations with us. In regards to the lack of A/C we definitely are aware of the warmer temperatures to come and we want everyone to be comfortable in their homes. The part needed to fix the A/C arrived and it is being fixed this week. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for anything you may need at residentservicesil@monarchinvestment.com - we are here for you!
I love the location! It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars. I also love the fact that they have a dog park to walk your dog. Especially because it is downtown it can make it hard sometimes to find an area to walk him. It has the perfect combination of character and modern features.
