Property Ratings at LEDGEWOOD
Ledgewood is just not the right living condition! Maintenance never come out and fix my problems. I'm not sure why it has a 4.9 out of 5 starts. I've been having mold and leakage problems for years! The hall door never stays shut and it's always broken! My apartment door opens and closes with a loud screeching sound that wakes the entire building. Everybody door does that actually. I wouldn't recommend this play to anyone, not even a stray dog! In my opinion, this building needs to be torn down!
Loud, unruly people with a front door that broke several times and was held open with a rock overnight for a few nights. Maintenance doesn't even bother to shovel or de-ice the driveway or sidewalks. Apparently it takes the whole apartment building to complain or fall and injure themselves before they even do something about it. They also take forever to respond and complete the job and that is if they even complete the job. There are 11 units here and a tiny parking lot with only 5 parking spots. Do the math and that leaves several other people to have to park somewhere else. Overall this place isn't it.
