Perfect!
This apartment is comfortably well laid out, was redone just before I moved in, with granite in the kitchen and bathrooms and new wood floors.There is plenty of cupboard space, and a huge picture window with a wonderful view of the Oakland hills. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the building manager is a gem, right there when you need him, constantly improving the appearance of the building outdoors. Rents have remained below local standards. I've been very happy here for nearly 5 years, and hope to remain much longer!
