It's ok out here just as long as you can deal with the planes flying by seems like almost every hour. Nice neighborhood. Good walk to the park / kids play area and walking distance to nearby stores

They will help you when you are in need. Just talk with them. Believe me they don't want to have you leave. I've been here almost 7 years. Good place to live for the most part.

Great place to live! The stuff is great! I like that they have different events that’s the community can participate in. It’s a great opportunity for us to get together and have fun.

Lees crossing is great! The only thing I don’t like is the fact we pay so much in rent and have no camera surveillance in the complex and these apartments need to be updated as well.

Love it here! Very professional! Everything very organized and well put together! Wish there was another trash site but other then that its great!

A great place to live! Super nice staff and the maintenance man has never let me down. Awesome pools, playgrounds, and fitness center. I also love the location, it only takes 5 minutes to get anywhere.

So far the community is very quiet. The only concern that I have is how my neighbor on top of me walks really hard but other than that, everything is cool.

I’m a new resident and thus far it’s been amazing. The ladies was so nice & helpful with the moving in experience. I think I’m going to love this environment!

In my experience, I'm going to be 2 years in the same apartment and everything has been calm and relaxing and with respect to the maintenance of the apartments, their response to attention is fast.

Everything is going great again !! Think it’s time for upgrades NEW CABINETS , APPLIANCES, BATHTUBS, SINKS,GARBAGE DISPOSALS ..Other then that community has really gotten better as far as the crime rate goes

I haven’t been here longer than a week and i see myself being here for a long time to come. Out leasing office staff are very helpful with all of my property questions.

Front office is very easy to communicate with, maintenance always comes in a timely manner and even double checks on things. The grounds are nice and clean. The amenities I have seen and used have been nice.

I love the resident area but only thing is that my neighbor with loud noise late at night it disturbs me and my family and it’s hard for me to sleep at night.

Super easy to move in. It’s a super nice and friendly area and it stays nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend to someone who is in the market.

It's been a good experience so far. There have been a few questionable things to have since I've moved in however that seems to be a thing in the world so that's no big deal. The staff helps with every situation and are wonderful friendly people.

I truly love living here! I’ve lived here TWICE, as a child and now an adult, and can tell you the staff is an absolute amazing group of people! Office staff is friendly and Maintenance staff is skilled and never fail to respond in a timely manner. We love it here!!

Okay place to stay. Great commute to my job. The community is okay. Be better if we had more things to do on this side of town. And more restaurants

I really love it here! I love the community! How clean it is and how safe i feel when at home! The playgrounds for kids is a plus also! Its just a overall great experience so far!

Started out great but the condition of the apartment is not worth the price. Constant issues and rowdy neighbors, overall a subpar experience.

Simply excellent neighborhood, very quiet and respected by residents. The attention in the office for any requirement is fast and they resolve it as soon as possible.

I truly love living here. The staff is very helpful, very friendly. Very informative with what's going on within the community. I love the outlook of the property very beautiful especially when the sun is shining bright outside. I love the fact that they work with troup county sheriff department to make this community as safe as possible. The neighbors are very nice and and overall this move for me and my kids was the best decision I've made as a single parent. Me and my kids have a place that we can call home! Thanks Lees Crossing.

Very peaceful and clean everyone in the office makes you feel at home I’m excited to get in the gym and can’t wait till summer for the clean pool overall I just love it

So far this apartment community has been good like so far so good. And I don't have any complaints other than I don't really want to be upstairs but availability and so forth at the moment and ended up upstairs unfortunately.

The apartment was nice and clean upon arrival. We were notified about any damages and issues beforehand. The managers were easy to talk to as well!

Lees Crossing is a wonderful community to be a part of. The office staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist residents. I appreciate the respectful manner in which they treat their tenants. The pool is refreshing, and I enjoy using the fitness center. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the lighting in the bathrooms. Overall, I highly recommend Lees Crossing to anyone seeking a rental property.

Maintenance requests are done timely. It's quite, neighbors are friendly. Plenty of parking space, no disturbance thus far. Breeze ways are kept clean

Neighborhood is well maintained, with a refreshing sense of attention and respect for us residents! From fast maintenance requests to a quick call or email fom Staff just to check-in and make sure all is well in the home, is a rarity needless to say. The growth of Lee's Crossing Apartments is exciting - very much an upgrade from when i lived here as a teen with my family after moving from up North. As an adult, with now a family of my own, we highly recommend other to move in!! :)

I’ve been here almost a year and have had no complaints. Nothing less than 5 Stars for Lee’s Crossing. I’m glad to call this community my home.
