Lee's Crossing Apartment Homes

My experience here the past 10 months has been great. My family and I have been enjoying every moment we've spent here. The staff is soo very Welcoming, always smiling, & most of all.... Such Heart Warming

Convenient to shopping and dining and down town. The staff are helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is great and I feel safe here with my children.

This is a great community to live in it’s quite and the office always try to do something for the community during each month I’ve been here for a while and still love it here

Three months in and still loving it. The staff is amazing and so are my neighbors. My kids love being able to play and visit friends. I’d recommend living here.

It’s great , i don’t have any problems at where i live . My son is happy at the closeness of how far we are from the park … overall a 10/10.

In my experience, I'm going to be 2 years in the same apartment and everything has been calm and relaxing and with respect to the maintenance of the apartments, their response to attention is fast.

It's alright. Front office staff is very nice and helpful. Other than that, it's okay. Would recommend. Pretty area, contests and perks. 7/10

So far it’s so good I’m new to the app but it might just be worth getting used too and liking it so far it seems easy and manageable. Might just be worth it

A good experience, quiet neighborhood everybody to themselves . The maintenance and staff are very nice and understanding . Fix things when needed to be fixed

Everything is going great again !! Think it’s time for upgrades NEW CABINETS , APPLIANCES, BATHTUBS, SINKS,GARBAGE DISPOSALS ..Other then that community has really gotten better as far as the crime rate goes

I haven’t been here longer than a week and i see myself being here for a long time to come. Out leasing office staff are very helpful with all of my property questions.

Front office is very easy to communicate with, maintenance always comes in a timely manner and even double checks on things. The grounds are nice and clean. The amenities I have seen and used have been nice.

I love the resident area but only thing is that my neighbor with loud noise late at night it disturbs me and my family and it’s hard for me to sleep at night.

Super easy to move in. It’s a super nice and friendly area and it stays nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend to someone who is in the market.

It's been a good experience so far. There have been a few questionable things to have since I've moved in however that seems to be a thing in the world so that's no big deal. The staff helps with every situation and are wonderful friendly people.

I truly love living here! I’ve lived here TWICE, as a child and now an adult, and can tell you the staff is an absolute amazing group of people! Office staff is friendly and Maintenance staff is skilled and never fail to respond in a timely manner. We love it here!!

Okay place to stay. Great commute to my job. The community is okay. Be better if we had more things to do on this side of town. And more restaurants

Just renewed my lease! I have had an amazing experience living here at Lee’s Crossing. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel welcome and the maintenance team is top-notch.

We really enjoy our stay in Lee crossing an how quite an peaceful it is an the great staff as well we love the two pools an the fitness center an I’m really enjoying the grill station

I really love it here! I love the community! How clean it is and how safe i feel when at home! The playgrounds for kids is a plus also! Its just a overall great experience so far!

This is a great place for someone just starting out on their own or for a college student Amenities are fair but could be upgraded. For the most it’s quiet area

Started out great but the condition of the apartment is not worth the price. Constant issues and rowdy neighbors, overall a subpar experience.

Simply excellent neighborhood, very quiet and respected by residents. The attention in the office for any requirement is fast and they resolve it as soon as possible.

I truly love living here. The staff is very helpful, very friendly. Very informative with what's going on within the community. I love the outlook of the property very beautiful especially when the sun is shining bright outside. I love the fact that they work with troup county sheriff department to make this community as safe as possible. The neighbors are very nice and and overall this move for me and my kids was the best decision I've made as a single parent. Me and my kids have a place that we can call home! Thanks Lees Crossing.

It’s great staying here , it’s very quiet and people are to their selves & it’s a great community to live it . Everyone in the office is nice and understandable and will help you with anything you need

Very peaceful and clean everyone in the office makes you feel at home I’m excited to get in the gym and can’t wait till summer for the clean pool overall I just love it

So far this apartment community has been good like so far so good. And I don't have any complaints other than I don't really want to be upstairs but availability and so forth at the moment and ended up upstairs unfortunately.

The apartment was nice and clean upon arrival. We were notified about any damages and issues beforehand. The managers were easy to talk to as well!

Lees Crossing is a wonderful community to be a part of. The office staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist residents. I appreciate the respectful manner in which they treat their tenants. The pool is refreshing, and I enjoy using the fitness center. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the lighting in the bathrooms. Overall, I highly recommend Lees Crossing to anyone seeking a rental property.

Maintenance requests are done timely. It's quite, neighbors are friendly. Plenty of parking space, no disturbance thus far. Breeze ways are kept clean

Neighborhood is well maintained, with a refreshing sense of attention and respect for us residents! From fast maintenance requests to a quick call or email fom Staff just to check-in and make sure all is well in the home, is a rarity needless to say. The growth of Lee's Crossing Apartments is exciting - very much an upgrade from when i lived here as a teen with my family after moving from up North. As an adult, with now a family of my own, we highly recommend other to move in!! :)

I’ve been here almost a year and have had no complaints. Nothing less than 5 Stars for Lee’s Crossing. I’m glad to call this community my home.

The community is great. I love staying here. The activities we have here are a great way to meet other residents in the community. I would recommend staying here to my friends.

It is a quiet neighborhood, I can come home and really rest, I love the location, I can see the sunsets, go for a walk in the afternoons, go to the gym or be at the pool relaxing.

It's been ok. We've had continuous problems and our neighbors are very rowdy and rude. The apartment isn't in great shape and overall the experience is ok
