The leasing agents and the concierge are very helpful. Also, whenever I needed repairs the engineer made sure he followed up on the issue with me. I truly like all the new fixtures in my apartment! Overall, the community is friendly!

I moved to Left Bank nearly 1 year ago and have had an amazing experience. The lease office staff is really friendly and the front desk is welcoming. Plus, my maintenance requests have always been handled quickly. The apartment I moved into had been recently renovated, so it had everything I was looking for - modern layout, floor to ceiling windows, and quartz counters. My minor complaints are the gym has older equipment (I primarily use the treadmill) and my apartment doesn't have a ton of closet space so I repurposed the pantry to store clothes. Regardless, I still highly recommend to check out Left Bank if you're looking for an apartment!

Good and safe location. Friendly staff, quiet environment. I’d enjoy more opportunities to meet my neighbours - would have been cool to have some events on the sky terrace.

The staff is constantly cleaning, are easy to contact for maintenance, and all around super friendly. Rooms are modern and up to date, appliances are state of the art, and the move in process was a breeze!

I’ve been living at Left Bank for two years and it’s been great. Ray and Wanda are always friendly and welcoming which goes a long way. The leasing staff is always there for anything and the events they create are a great way to network and meet neighbors. Maintenance is super quick as well. The apartment, views, and neighborhood is one of a kind so I’m definitely going to miss living here.

Building is very clean and management is super responsive. I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been exceptional. Janneil and Cece always check in on my cats when im gone on vacation which is great. Amenities are always available with no problems.

Coming up on three years at Left Bank, I've deeply enjoyed my time. Ultimately, the staff and maintenance team are always supportive and helping out. I do wish the weight room was a more spacious, though it does the job. Thank you, Left Bank team!

It has been pleasant so far. There’s ease in doing pretty much everything. Gym equipment could be refurbished a little and not sure what can be done about the noise, but would be great if windows are sound proof ??

Do not, under any circumstances, consider this building. Yes, the units are nice but everything else is smoke in mirrors. There are HUGE safety concerns on the property and perimeter of the property. While the lease claims management has no responsibility ON the property they have truly carried through on that. I personally was a victim of simple assault, witnessed the aftermath of an armed robbery at the convenience store and had to call 911 multiple times due to overdoses and trespassing all ON the property. I also witnessed two people a mere 50 feet from the property who were unfortunately determined as dead. It took 6 months of concerns from MANY residents for management to actually legibly propose an action plan to protect their residents. Three months later, practically none of their actions had been carried out. Left Bank is a marketing company, and does not consider the safety or livelihood of its residents. In my entire life, I have never felt that I am perceived more as a dollar rather than a human being. What I have shared is only a mere 10% of what I have witnessed. Please save yourself the emotional, psychological and financial burden of considering Left Bank.

I ADORE living at Left Bank. Apart from being a beautiful and well maintained building, the staff is excellent and I truly feel at home. The location is awesome and the 7th floor outdoor space can't be beat. Any maintenance issues I have had have been addressed immediately and Francisco and Nermin are always so helpful. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than an hour for something to be addressed which is amazing! When my ac went out, Francisco drove from home on his day off to get it fixed. Pretty impressive. The leasing and management team-Khay-leen, Gerrard, Debbie and CeCe are so friendly and I love that they always stop to say hi or ask how I am. And Janneil is the absolute BEST! She helped me get into my dream apartment and I will forever be grateful to her! Lastly, shout outs to the front desk team who are ALWAYS friendly and helpful and I feel genuinely care about me. Wanda, Shelton, Sandra, Ray-thank you for taking such good care of me! I feel like a VIP thanks to you!
