Was so excited to move into these apartments. It was my first apartment alone. Things were great, but quickly turned sour the first couple months they were very quick with all work orders, but slowly started to lack urgency with maintenance request noticed some roaches in the first couple of weeks had Maintenance come and spray multiple times, but had roaches for the full 12 months while I was there if you live in a downstairs unit know that you will hear all footsteps and creaking from upstairs units very loudly ever since move out I’ve had trouble getting the return of my security deposit left the apartment in pristine condition, and still have had lots of trouble with the return of the deposit, the apartments themselves are remodeled and beautiful, but the management lacked professionalism below

I was looking for somewhere to live that was not super run down and expensive. These apartments were the best I found in Tulsa with all bills paid, AND they even pay for your WiFi! I work from home and the internet is a fast speed. I love that the apartments come with washer and dryer already included. The kitchen is lovely in my one bedroom, and I love that it’s a small gated community and has cameras! They are pet friendly as well! After my move in I put in a couple of work orders for some small issues, and Robert was at my door first thing in the morning and fixed everything quickly. Anabel is also very helpful and always replies to my messages. I’ve had a wonderful experience so far and I’m in love with all of the features of my apartment!

I really liked living here, it was for a short amount of time, but the apartments are nicely remodeled and any issues we ever had were resolved quickly! The owners and management are super nice as well! Would recommend!
Absolutely love this place apartments are upgraded very modern and well kept maintenance has always been very efficient and timely. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Great for first time, renters or couples.
