Property Ratings at Legacy
I lived at the Legacy from 2015-2017. The apartments themselves are decent for the price. I loved the big window in the kitchen and that heat is included in the rent. The community was often noisy at night. The police came often for domestic violence issues and homeless people would sleep in the laundry rooms during winter. Management is friendly but they can only do so much within their budget. I would recommend putting locks on the laundry room doors and cracking down on noise complaints if they have not already. All in all, it was a decent place to live (for Alaska) and I was pretty happy with my experience.
