Property Ratings at Legacy at Beach Club
The walls are so thin. I can hear music all night long coming from my downstairs neighbor. It took maintenance a week to fix the fridge and the water smells like sewage.
We had contractors coming in to paint the doors recently. Thankfully I live on the 3rd floor because when they painted my balcony door they didn't bother to shut it back. My door had been left wide open from the time they left till I came back home at 7 pm. I had to call the office 5 times before someone finally answered and said that management would be calling. I also sent an email regarding this with no response. The contractors have also done a horrible job making sure nails and screws were picked up so I got a nail in my tire today on a brand new car. I tried to call management but of course no answer. They definitely do not care about their residents concern. This has been the absolute worst experience I have had and this isn't my first time living here. If I could give negative stars I would.
No communication when the construction workers were coming out to work on the buildings. I feel bad for anyone who has to work a night shift. Can also hear everything in these apartments, no privacy or courtesy from neighbors. Front staff is least helpful on issues. Won't be renting here again.
Been here going on 2 years now and this meets all the requirements for my daughter and I Mike the maintenance guy is awesome if you call with an issue he is there in minutes and the problem is solved.
I recently just moved in and love my apartment. Lindsay made the process so easy and is wonderful. Mike the maintenance supervisor is fantastic and has taken care of any maintenance issues the same day within an hr. They are the only two workers on this large property and they go above and beyond everyday. I see the manager working late and on the weekends and Mike is always here early picking up the grounds. I hope they get the credit they deserve this staff is superb.
I've had a leak in my apartment for the last 4 years. Now they won't let me renew my lease because they "need to make repairs". After 4 years and countless phone calls and emails, they don't want me to stay. I've literally not done anything wrong except want my apartment fixed. Do NOT even think about renting here!
You can hear everything , the whole complex has unbelievable water damage everything creaks! The black mold is unbelievable & if anything happens to your unit they will not accommodate you until they’ve ran your account balance all the way up. They will send countless contractors for “estimates” but will never do any actual work to your unit. 0/10 , I do not recommend
The complex has the potential to be great but unfortunately the office staff does not the have support or help from corporate to maintain and fix the property. We have water damage from almost a year ago that has gone untreated, we have mold growing on wet spots in the ceiling that they just wipe with bleach and haven’t addressed, our balcony door has been crooked from when we moved in and has not been fix so we have water issues…. The list goes on and on. They say we have a pool but in the two years of living here it has maybe been open a month. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
We are current residents who will be moving after 6 years here. Until the most recent management and office staff, we were extremely happy. Now, the office staff are unapologetically rude and condescending when reporting a maintenance issue. The one maintenance person who is still on staff is overworked and unsupported. Even issues such as mold, water damage, leaking, and broken appliances go unattended. The noise from adjacent apartments has become unbearable with multiple dogs living in apartments that bark consistently. The area is beautiful and we once recommended this complex to all we knew. Sadly, we are looking for a new place to call home.
