West of I-410, Crown Meadows sits about 10 miles from Downtown San Antonio. This neighborhood has plenty of entertainment options, from buzzing local restaurants and popular sports bars to tourist hot spots as well.

Not too bad
I lived in a 2 bedroom townhome as well as 3 bedroom while renting at this property. The only major complaint I have is how noisy the neighbors to the right of me are. I don’t blame it on thin walls but on obnoxious people. Beware of building 11! I called the police over a dozen times just to be told they can’t do anything unless the music can be heard loudly from the outside. The office staff are sweethearts and tried to help as best they could during any situations I was in. The pool is never open and the gym equipment is mostly out of order. The garages are not ever available. Yes, the gates are always broken but for someone who works as much as I do it never really bothered me. I had ZERO pests which is of the most importance. An occasional plumbing problem but that’s wear and tear. Hope this review helps!

Nice & Quiet little neighborhood
From the time I walked into the leasing office the ladies were very helpful. Anything I need or any question I had they were happy to answer even until now. I've been here for about a month. Maintenance gets things done in a timely manner, 24-48hrs in my experience. Parking is ok. May not always be right in front of your unit, but there's usually spots open somewhere. So far so good!!

Legacy at Crown Meadows
Management can do a better job at enforcing the rules of the community. They post rules and send out reminders however they need to enforce the rules that they have posted. Overall the community is a relatively decent place to live at.

I recently moved into the apartment complex, single mom with a teenager. Love the place not too big nor small just perfect for the 2 of us. It would be nice if I was selected to win a year of free rent, would help me alot at this point of time. Hope someone would read my entry & thank you.
