Legacy at Cypress

Thank y’all so much for throwing the party! This was amazing! I have not lived at a complex recently that took care of their residents! Thank yall!

Josh and Denise has made my move in great, and made me feel at home . I would highly recommend Legacy at Cypess

The property has gotten better than when I first moved in. I have been here a little over a year and new management have improved property and security. There are cameras throughout the property as well as Harris County Deputies that live on site. I would think twice before coming to this property to commit a crime. Also I have never seen pest and maintenance request are acted on quickly. The new property manager Diana is active as well as Kaylee. They have a nice demeanor and are very swift to handle tenant concerns. The Rental staff Joshua and Denise are amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to questions that other properties have to get a manager involved. Way to Go Legacy Cypress. Great community with all of the upgrades!

Everytime I stick my head out of the door something is going on and u have to contact the police. People are getting robbed, people are doing drugs in plane sight, people are always getting into fights in front of every body. I call police and notify management but to no avail. This place got flooded with people before the sale to a new management company. Whether they care or not is beyond me. It's becoming a cess pool unfortunately and this place has a lot of potential. Not safe for your kids, not peaceful, I'm sick and tired of hearing gun shots every night. I'm a night owl and can watch from my own apt the late night foot traffic that goes on through out the night. The push of the new occupancy seems to be one sided with only one ethnicity that easily fills Apt complexes before a sale. A lot of the new tenants are nice and friendly, but alot of bad apples were included as well. It appears that the leasing agents whom are responsible for acquiring new tenants for this place only care about their pocketbook and not for the welfare for the rest of the tenants. Where is the vetting!!!!!

Car thefts, car part thefts (by multiples), package thefts, and break ins are treated like it's just another Tuesday. The gates are broken half of the time, and other amenities are disgusting. Especially the very unmaintained pool. The office is pretty, the apartments themselves resemble your average cover up job, but in some cases you would have to be blind and dumb not to notice the broken appliances or the abnormal wear on the units themselves.

They continue to not have security present knowing that they have been multiple break ins into cars and mailboxes. Residents have to park cars away from there building due to construction that's been going on for months with no end in site.

Legacy at cypress has been great! The customer service is remarkable. My work orders have been taken care of with a sense of urgency. Jessica and Avery have truly made my living experience great. Avery listens to my concerns and acts efficiently. I couldn’t ask for a better property management team.

The management is very poor when it comes to costumer service, also 2 robberies since I live here one of my neighbors and myself got robbed (parts of my cars) this place is not nice at all!!

yesterday I had an interview with Carrie the manager she was absolutely wonderful she answered all my questions was patient I had my grandson with me and she was just wonderful with him got him some markers to use while I was filling out the application the complex is beautiful I felt absolutely in loved and can't wait to move in

I’ve lived here for a while and at other apartments in this area. This is the worst complex I’ve ever stayed in, especially for the price.

If dead dying shrubbery is native landscape then this complex has that no working sprinklers most areas ,If garbage areas not cleaned in years , if years old plumbing fixtures, cabinet tops ,carpets ,surcharges for everything, at their discretion if arrogance in office staff is your cup of tea then move in but beware

This complex is old and infested with roaches! I have lived here a year and knew this place always had roaches but with good cleaning they didn’t show up as much. Since the new construction in the apartments in January 2018 the roaches are out of hiding and getting into everything. I keep telling maintenance but they have not sent anyone out for pest control. New management seems promising they have been quick to fix other problems but unfortunately the old management left this complex a mess. Break ins all the time, at least three shoot outs In The last year, and too many drug dealers living here. I hope new management does better but I will not be staying to find out,

Stopped by to get prices and the staff is so helpful they answered all my questions and the prices are good the property it self is beautiful I cant wait to move in

I moved in a little over a month ago and I am enjoying my new apartment so far. It is close to my job and Tomball/Vintage Park where I like to shop and hang out. The ladies in the office have been very helpful. What sold me on the property was the location, fitness center, and pool area. I am looking forward to spending the summer lounging at the pool.

Not worth the rent they want you to pay no security nasty inside the apartments run down appliances not cleaned upon move in roaches everywhere do yourself a favor an look elsewhere...

While these apartments may look nice on the outside and seem great when you tour them , there is so much you won't see and will wish you had. These apartments are old and way overpriced . They are charging more than some of the brand new and much nicer apartments in the area . The dumpsters are always over flowing . They even put there construction trash in the dumpsters filling them so residents cant use them. The back pool is always nasty and there is always a lame excuse given when you ask about it. Pets are always running around loose and although these apartment don't allow pitbull's you can sit outside and see several of them being walked on a daily basis. You also can not use the grass areas because they are covered in dog feces. If you do decide to rent and need maintenance (and you will) they are very slow to fix anything , if they even come out at all ! I have had several work orders closed saying they were completed and never had anyone show up. They can't even make sure the outdoor lights are working despite all of the crime that has happened in the last few moths . Twice there have been shootings (no injuries) , multiple car / apartment break ins , drugs...... ect . There solution was to hire a old man for security (you hardly ever see him at night) and to have a meeting telling people to keep things locked and to let the residence know they could spend x amount per month to have xfinity's security system. This place is just pathetic , even with the new management team they can't seem to get things right or treat their residents right. Stop taking advantage of residents by over charging and make this place safe again !!

Stonegate Villas is a quiet and peaceful place to live. It is close to schools, shopping and restaurants. This is a family oriented community with a good mix of singles. The apartments themselves are nothing special but they are comfortable. Many of the apartments have attached garages. There are two nice pools in the community and a sand volleyball court. I have a problem with the maintenance at the complex. Issues that are reported can take weeks to get any attention. The office personal seldomly get back with answers to questions even though they promise that they will. There are also extreme pest issues in some of the buildings and management does not do what they say. There is an extra $2.50 charge for pest control for each apartment. New management bought this facility a few years ago and the service has continued to go down hill ever since.
