Centered by the Interstate 390 and 90 intersection, Henrietta is a suburban city roughly 20 minutes south of Rochester. This charming town is most notably home to the Rochester Institute of Technology, making the city a perfect residential reprieve for those associated with the university. Apart from the school, Henrietta is filled with lush lands and residential avenues suitable for students, families, professionals, and everyone in between. The northern half of town holds the dining and shopping options, as massive retail spaces filled with places like the Marketplace Mall, South Town Plaza, Market Square Plaza, and more shopping centers are located here. Whether you’re looking for a perfect spot near campus or something with easy access to the city of Rochester, Henrietta has a spot for just about every renter.

Property Ratings at Legacy at Erie Station
Now, I won’t lie and say everything is perfect here, nothing ever is, but The Legacy at Erie Station comes close. The staff here is incredible. They are dedicated and really care about people. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they outdid themselves. They worked hard making sure we felt safe, were fed, and entertained since we could not socialize. The entire staff deserves raises for their care of us. The residents of The Legacy here are like one big family. They warmly welcome and include newcomers. There was not one person there that I didn’t come to love. I miss them all so much. The activities pre-COVID-19 were fun. There were many to choose from. We had card games, bingo, learning events, holiday celebrations, arts and crafts, exercise classes, and so much more. The apartments are truly gorgeous. Mine even had a fireplace. I loved sitting on my patio, chatting with friends who would walk by on a daily walk. I even liked the dogs, and I am not a pet lover. The grounds are well kept up. Some mornings I thought they were too well kept up! The dining room is quaint and cozy and well run. The food ran hot and cold. But, it was usually edible. One problem with the food was it was high in carbs, so for a diabetic, you have to watch your intake. The desserts were great, especially their pies! Sadly, due to circumstances, my husband and I had to move. Neither of us wanted to, but we had no choice. I highly recommend living at The Legacy at Erie Station.
