Legacy at Livermore

Open path is unreliable and needs to be changed to something that is consistent. Otherwise I would say maintenance is consistent and up keep of building is good so far.

Since day one we are in love with the facility and very calm area. Great location in Downtown and an amazing team on-site that helps for any minimal detail.

It’s been almost a week since initiating my move in. It’s so much work but the complex and my apartment are very nice. Staff is also very nice. I have run into very few neighbors but look forward to meeting more.

More events would help but not sure how many events are planned in a month. Though it would be nice to get to know more folks living in this complex

I absolutely love living in this stunning building! The architecture and design are modern and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to come home every day. The staff is incredible—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request, which really makes a difference. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, yet it still feels quiet and safe. I always feel secure walking around, even late at night. If you’re looking for a prime location with top-notch amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect place!

I absolutely love living at Legacy. The atmosphere is amazing—it’s a peaceful retreat away from the pollution and noise of the city, but you can still enjoy both tranquility and entertainment. There’s no chance of getting bored since it’s just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants downtown, and the upscale amenities here provide everything I need. I also want to commend the leasing department for their friendly and professional service. Special shout-out to Diane, who was fantastic! She made the entire move-in process smooth and efficient, handling everything perfectly.

I love the amenities and the trash valet! The rooftop pool is great. The office staff has been very helpful getting me moved in and helping with the technology of the building !

love my little apartment. walking distance from most everything we need! short driving distance from everything else. clean and quiet and have made lots of community friends.

Best location in town, close to restaurants, theaters, great farmers markets! And we love the amenities! The building is always clean. Beautiful community.

As time goes by, conditions/situations seem to be getting worse, not better. Elevators out of commission, trash not picked up, filthy corridor carpets, etc. really should not exist in our 'LUXURY' apartment complex. We are paying rather dearly for things that are not delivered and are contractual obligations. I am, at this point, unimpressed with Legacy Partners and the Livermore facility.

Just moved in and already enjoying it. I haven’t tried every amenity here but so far everything is perfect. The technology that this building has is very impressive.

The move in process was really simple and nice. All the management teams are nice enough. Decent amaneties are really appealed to decide this property. Location and facility are great.

My partner and I moved into Legacy this week. We are really enjoying our new apartment. Although we had an AC leak in the ceiling that caused minor flooding in the bathroom on the third day of our stay during a heat wave, property management was able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Our building is very quiet and all of the residents have been very friendly.

The rooftop and hot tub in the evenings during the sunset are amazing you’re walking distance from downtown, which is a huge perk! Happy resident.

So far so great! Move in made easy and quick response from management when needed. The place is quiet, clean, and convenient to downtown. Love both the location and all the amenities.

People in the office are very helpful. Did have to go back a few times to get the open app to work. Overall been a great experience, would recommend.

Overall beautiful community. Great variation between units. They probably have a floor plan for everyone. Appliances and cabinets are modern and attractive. Negatives are price and keyless entry system. Must have phone to get through locked doors.

I’m settling into my new place. The upstairs neighbor can be loud, but I’m getting used to it. I appreciate the amount of storage & lighting.

Up to now I'm in love with everything, the building is beautiful, my apt is just perfect for me and my boyfriend, the pool and hot tub on the roof top is just wonderful!

I’m enjoying the community and amenities. My area is quiet and the complex is clean. I wish the parking spaces were larger. I’m curious to know how residents will enter their apartments if the electricity goes out or WiFi is down.

Beautiful property with great neighbors! The Legacy has all the amenities you need - the gym is amazing and the rooftop pool is over the top. No issues with noise and everyone seems so polite.

Great community with a perfect location near by Livermore downtown. Modern spaces and nice luxury apartments. Staff super helpful during all the process and after we were moved in.

I feel like I am on a whole new level of confidence. The property is beautiful. My unit is beautiful. I'm just so happy. The amenities are a huge perk.

I LOVED living here for about 3 weeks. That’s when you start to notice that the “luxury” finishes are about at low quality as you’ll get. The cabinets are cheap and look worse everyday while the finish ALWAYS looks dirty. The walls are thin and you can hear everything! The dishwasher barely works and DOES NOT DRY. The ceiling fans were never properly balanced and the team will not correct this as “fans are just like that”. Sorry but I’ve installed plenty of fans, they’re only like that if they weren’t balanced after install. The floor is peeling up in areas, the tub and tile are stain with grout. They charge all sorts of fees which makes the already expensive rent all that more difficult to swallow. The $30 a month for “Valet” trash is not a service for the tenant but just a way for them to make us pay for the management’s convenience. And there are so many rules in relation to this “luxury service” that it ruins it even more. The water bill comes with 3 different charges that are shared across the building. So get ready to spend about $300-$400 more than what they tell you. Then don’t get me started on the emails… if you move here you will be bombarded with emails on how the community is all breaking the rules. EVERYDAY. For stuff that is so trivial. Now don’t get me wrong you’ll want to live here when you tour. I certainly did. But please don’t be fooled like I was.

The staff , the community, the amenities and my personal unit have been exemplary so far. It's been the best experience living in an apartment complex that I've ever had , it's actually changed my thoughts about living in a complex community completely! I feel welcome, respected and safe with the best security I've seen in California anywhere! Absolutely love living here!! ??

Technology based system a little confusing and difficult at times. Otherwise very nice facility. Staff nice. Meet few neighbors, everyone very friendly.

I love living at legacy. Beautiful gym and clean environment ! Everyone is friendly ! I got one month free rent after moving in which was so awesome! I love where I live!

I moved in on January 8, 2024, and I was warmly welcomed by the most courteous staff: Diane, Faye, Todd and Tyler. The property is gorgeous, and the location is close to everything you could need. I feel very comfortable and safe in my new apartment. Last week I got to meet some of my friendly new neighbors at a paint-night gathering hosted by our wonderful apartment complex, and it was a really fun experience! I'm looking forward to making many new happy memories in my new community at Legacy at Livermore.

So far so good! The staff has been great since the beginning and continues to be the best. The building is very well maintained and I am very hopeful that it will continue to be the same as it fills up. I also have really taken a liking to the local coffee shops, can’t get enough of those sweet lattes!!

Diane was great and the apartments here feel more like a resort. Of all the places we toured in the tri-valley, Legacy at Livermore was the nicest, by far. We absolutely love it here!

Just started living here . I walked around to get familiar with the apartments. Noticed it can be a little confusing to get around. Not to bad once you get to know the place. It has a really nice swimming area, fitness center and a great lounge area to relax or watch some t.v. I'm looking forward on being a resident here for a long time

Brand new apartment and great amenities…location is close to all the essential stuff, very nice place to live in!! Haven’t explored all the places in the apartment yet but feel lucky to find a place like this…

Love Legacy but the fan & ice maker is very loud. I love the amenities & staff! I love the pool. I love the bar-b-que’s! The parking is great.

Very high quality apartments with super amenities and in a location steps from downtown Livermore, what could be better . The staff is helpful and makes it very easy to get moved in.

Would be five stars, but the rollout of community amenities has been delayed multiple months. A bit of false advertising, and we receive no discount on rent.

From the time I entered the lobby I felt completely comfortable. The staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. Diane in particular is absolutely the best. She made the application and walk through process absolutely painless.

My apartment is lovely and the staff is readily available and very helpful. The entire facility is kept very clean And the fitness center is wonderful!

I was one of the first residents at Legacy at Livermore. From day one they have been efficient and super accommodating! They have a beautiful lobby and wonderful apartments with great storage!

Love it here. The apartment is very modern and has lots of storage. The on site staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. I love the location - I can walk to dozens of restaurants, the post office, and two movie theaters.
