Property Ratings at Twin Springs Apartments
There's new management from October 2019 or so, and I felt the difference right away. They are awesome! The property is clean and the management is responsive and always happy to help. My apartment is clean and renovated and I LOVE living here. This is a great community with great management!
MOLD I give a 1 star. Because of the bugs and mold
We have the biggest problem is mold all over the house. and my kids sick because of the mold. we had a bug problem and when I say bug I mean roach, ants and spiders. Very bad management. We had mode almost 6month and we have water leaking from upstairs and the bathroom door can't even close it. Because the water damage the door and leasing office we go to told her and the never replace since today.
This place is terrible. I moved in and my walls had two different colors , some of the outlets were busted , and my cabinets were in terrible condition. I asked for them to fix it , and it’s been 8 months and no one has come . The office is IMPOSSIBLE to reach . The entire 8 months I’ve lived here they had office employee maybe 2 months (if that!) The bugs here are ruthless. They have no fear of people and walk up to your oven while you are cooking !! I had no a/c for a month until finally decided to contact the emergency number because it reached almost 100 degrees inside my apt , I think that was an emergency ? Little by little my cabinet doors started falling apart after I warn them that they should change them before I move in because they did not look sturdy. She said that corporate would not accept the renovation unless they actually fell off. I’ve been trying to cancel my lease for 5 months now and just can’t reach anybody . I have witness of how many times I have gone to the office , called the office , email the office , and even tried to reach out to corporate and no response ! What makes everything worst is that I’ve tried to make my payments on the first of month but the online portal said I had a zero balance all the way until the 10th of the month , and they went ahead and charged me a late fee even when I tried to make it early . Contacting the office obviously did nothing . Not to mention the crazy kids that live in the neighborhood . They are a bunch of bullies and even brought out a knife! Scary stuff . I no longer let my son outside to play. They even were going around shooting firecrackers at all the cars this past Fourth of July. I wanted to call the police but the kids ran and just had no proof. It’s just not worth living here .
Great community .Staff always work hard to keep the street and building clean! excellent job!! I enjoy living here. I am two year tenant and management always take care my requests.
I give a 2 star. Because of the bugs you meet. They do not do a good job form the bugs biting you
I would not suggest anyone live here. Since day one we have a had a bug problem and when I say bug I mean roach, ants, spiders, centipedes, and those big water bugs. I hated every min we have to stay here. I just had a baby a month before we moved in and I BEARLY keep the baby home because of all the bugs around it is really sad when you have the pest control person come out and tell you that they can't do anything about it because the building is so infested and old and that we should move.
