The managers do not answer the phone or take care of the property. I lived here and called several times about a pest control problem (termites). First was told I was responsible for getting them taken care of, then was told they would send someone out. After someone came the problem was not taken care of. Called was told well they fly from place to place once they are "done" in your apartment they will leave and fly somewhere else. They raised rent every year during the pandemic. The units are out-dated and over priced. The laundry on site is terrible. The worst is the management, they do not know what they are doing and never answer the phones. Live somewhere else not worth it at all here.

Hello, we want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning all the issues that you have experienced. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality standards for our residents. We would have appreciated the opportunity to clarify this with you directly. However, you posted these comments anonymously. That being said, I'd like to clarify our policies and clear the air regarding your claims. First and foremost, we are available 24/7, whether that may be via the resident portal, via our property email or our phone during office hours. Sometimes during office hours we may be at lunch or helping other residents. In that case, we encourage you to leave a voicemail or email us. We're normally great about replying in a timely manner. We did not raise the rents in 2020. We didn't even charge late fees! As a matter of fact, we received much praise from our residents throughout our whole portfolio because of how we went above and beyond during these difficult times. As you know we gave our free hand sanitizer, mask and gloves when none could be found in the supermarkets. We did wonderful social distant events such as door decorating contests, online raffles and gave gifts on holidays. We even raffled chrome books for the students now doing online classes. As far as the condition of the units go, we try to accommodate different types of budgets. As a result, we have some freshly remodeled units and some older units. We work with any residents and new move ins to remodel units as they are requested and we would have been happy to accommodate you too. Lastly, regarding the Pest Control. We professionally preventatively service the units monthly for all types of pests. However, if there's any specific pests, we service that unit directly to avoid any spreading. Normally, the units gets serviced and our Pest Control company works with the residents to ensure they know what to expect and for how long. We, of course, always help coordinate the efforts. Sometimes, when addressing pests, they may "come out" after the unit has been treated. However, we would never want them to just "fly away" and hope for the best as this would risk spread to other units. Maybe this is where the confusion lies. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. It is always our intention do keep everyone happy. When we fall short, we always try to make things right. We would have appreciated the opportunity to clarify this with you directly.
