I paid half a month’s rent for a friend via echeck and the complex returned it to my account the same day they took the payment. I provided screenshots of the account as well as the returned payment and they still charged my friend a late fee as well as a returned check Fee for something that was their mistake. I would not live here and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
I've lived here a little over 3 months and I can honestly say I love living here and will most likely renew my lease! The office staff is very professional and friendly, maintenance is great and came by the same day I called. My neighbors are quiet, everyone seems to keep to themselves. Grounds are clean, I love the valet trash service, and I like that cable is included in the rent! The office has a resident social each month which I thought was cool. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to move, the location is great! Wendover Ave is really close by so its nice to enjoy the convenience of everything on Wendover (Wal-Mart, Target, banks, dine-in restaurants, etc.).
It's not the worst place to live but it definitely doesn't meet quality living standards. I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone. It might look nice, but underneath the fresh paint is mold and behind the smiles that say they will do anything for you are not at all that nice and friendly once the contract is signed. If I could change one thing it would be getting my upstairs neighbor to be a little but quieter. Other than that I really enjoy living here. Likes and suggestions: It's clean and well maintained. I really appreciate the Poo prints program that was implemented. Also the arrangement of the parking lot has helped a lot with parking. I also really like the waste pickup service. I think the maintence team is also great, everything they've fixed has been done in a clean an timely fashion. It's really a nice place.
The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-kept. There are alarm systems in every unit for added safety. There is ample parking and access to 24-hour work out room on the property. Staff is very friendly and the prices are good. Our favorite part is the all-inclusive rent package! For an additional set price each month (optional), we get our electricity, cable, water, utilities, trash and washer/dryer unit in the apartment, all included in the rent. It is so nice not to worry about our electric and water bills fluctuating every month! Worry-free and hassle free- one payment each month!

I love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and maintenance staff members. The gym is one of the best community gyms I have ever seen. The community is conveniently located so that it is 20 minutes away from Downtown Greensboro and Downtown Winston Salem.

I was in 3 Bdrm but felt so cramped in , Walls are to thin. could hear neighbor snoring next door. Also tenants underneath horse play and bathroom . Likes and suggestions: Legacy has a great computer and coffee room,
I like the apartment itself as it is a good size,it is well cared for by the maintenance men and the office staff is really great.
Definitely safe, everyone is friendly, staff is helpful and nice, super close to Wendover.
