Property Ratings at Legacy Commons
They change from money order to money gram after I sign a contract for 1 year I have to spend all the morning looking for the stupid locations The only star I give then is for the location. The staff is kind but other than that poor management.
These apartments are roach infected and when you can for them to come out a day they take a month or 2 to come. The first night I was there roaches everywhere. So part smell led like roaches or bug spray when I moved in!!!!
They'll rip you off with a 100 fine for a messy patio with no warning. (It's not even messy, just a few items most any normal person would have on a patio. They make it like I have a ton of garbage strewn about) They don't fix things after repeated requests, and it's roach infested. Can't wait till the lease is over. Debating on taking them to court, but that's just more expenses. Parking next to impossible, and noisey neighbors who blast merengue music all day. The on-site laundry is usually locked, and barely functions when it is available. I never seen a more poorly managed apartment complex

Thank you so much for your feedback, I apologize that you did not receive a notice, maintenance and pest control are the most important for us and we are working hard to insure that all our residents receive the best service possible. Please stop by the office at your best convenience and let us take care of any pending issues. I look forward to speaking to you personally
I moved here in October I didn't see the apartment until the day I moved in with my toddlers. I didn't like it but I had to move to the night I moved in which was the same day I swear to you roaches was EVERYWHERE MY ROOM THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN THE FRINT ROOM I WAS LIKE OMG . The next day I called and said I wanted my money back they told me no because I did a walk through. Now we are moving this week I wasn't even in the apartment 30 days and I have bombed it 3 times until I got sick !!!! Save your self they are horrible!!!!!
Recently there has been a change in staff (leasing, maintenance) and i can tell you its a HUGE improvement . The girls at the office are so helpful and seem to care , they also have such positive attitudes and explain things much more clear.
When you put a work order in, nobody ever comes. Only after you bugged them enough about coming, they will come; and then, they will do a terrible job. Basically, they will do an easy way of just getting it done something you could have done yourself. Or they'll do something and say they will come back and never will. No pest control even if you request it. You hear gun shots here all the time. Swimming pool is never open and always dirty.
They blame you for anything and everything! You'll bring an issue to them that is 100% a fault from their side and instead of trying to work out a resolution or simply apologize, they feel as though it's easier to be careless and completely put the blame on you. UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS! Absolutely no etiquette. They also lie to you about anything and everything. Stay away from this management run by grown children.
- No nets on windows. Anyone or anything can come in. Easy access. So I just don't open the window at all. - Patio is open. Not blocked of. Fine if you block it off. No security or privacy. I left a mop outside once, and it got stolen. - No assigned parking. You won't find parking. You will have to park somewhere far from your apartment and walk. Very unsafe during dark hours and very inconvenient in the morning. - No online rent payment. Money orders only. Another inconvenience. - Always loud music. Living in a club is way more quiet. - No respect or privacy. Management walks in without knocking any time they wish like it's their home. Your rent money means nothing to them. Management is very irresponsible, unprofessional, undependable, unfair, selfish, and rude. Save yourself from begging, crying, and stressing.
Bad and slow maintenance, bugs , not very clean loud ,, everything it's close pretty olds apartment,, I would say it's not nice place ,, but everything it's close stores and all that,
They don't do the work that they're supposed to in your apartment and if you complain then they will not do a renewal on your lease if you tell them that you got bed bugs they throw you out because you need help they won't do it I would never ever refer this apartment complex are any of Sabra communities to anyone
Once they get you into an apartment; they are very slow to send out maintenance for repairs, if you lose money in the laundry room washers or dryers they do not refund lost money and do not provide any information as to how to obtain the money lost, the pool is never open on a regular basis, they tell lies about any and everything. The bottom line is,ALL MANAGEMENT WANT IS THE RENT MONEY EVERY MONTH. I would not refer Legacy Commons to any one.
