New manager made positive changes

Since the change of the property management mid this year, Cricket, the new manager, along with her team made many positive changes. The online functions of the apartment website has been greatly enhanced. We can see and pay monthly rent and utility bill (for shared utility) online. We can also request and track repair work online. Several maintenance work has been completed since the management change, i.e., cleaning exterior windows of all apartments, vacuuming carpet in the common area, and replacing air filter and smoke alarm battery. More importantly, the communication between the management and the community have been improved significantly. We've the whiteboard in the lobby listing all current month activities and clip-on board for notice in every elevator. And we can also get hold of the manager easily if needed. I'm happy to see these improvements in the past few months.

Former tenant

The manager LouJean is very ignorant to many of the tenants. She is rarely ever available, takes many days off work and when she is there, she's too busy to meet. There needs to be new management and they need to listen to the tenants concerns rather than talking down to them or completely ignoring them. There are several noises coming from my next door neighbor, as if he or his wife are in a wrestling match, several times a day. They pounded on walls adjoining my bedroom in the middle of the night so much that I had to leave. The noises were made in purpose as to annoy me. Also, many neighbors dogs bark incessantly at all times, day and night. There needs to be a noise ordinance put in place. And the internet is constantly down, including the home phone service. What happens in an emergency when someone needs to dial 9-1-1?? This is by far the worst community I've ever lived in.

Lived there for 7 months and I strongly would not recommend. The management needs to be improved and the units and common areas have problems.

I was one of the first to move in and have enjoyed it. there are still some things that need to be done but over all nice place to live
