Motorcycles and cars running by with extremely loud noise during midnights. You won't be able to sleep.

Sorry that you experienced this during your time here. If you could contact the office when issues like this arise with more detail, we can handle them much easier than an anonymous post on our advertiser's page. We are a family owned and operated complex and take our tenants' issues to heart.
Ok so staff is amazing they have endless answers to any questions and are willing to help you do almost anything. The apartments are actually really spacious and the wall cooling is a bit of a pain but when you turn a fan you will have no problem staying cool. Power was 45 at the highest usage so not crazy speedy!
My wife and I were there for a year and a half in the 1 bedroom apartment and we loved it! The apartments are quiet, clean, roomy, a great price, utilities were easy to manage. Management was easy and fast to work with and communicated efficiently. We loved the walk in closet with washer and dryer hookups. STAY HERE!
I’ve lived here for now almost a year and a half, and I love living here. I wish there was more places like this. Affordable housing without all the fluff and nonsense. It’s apparent the people that run this place clearly know what they’re doing! They do such a great job maintaining the property and the units. Also, I’ve been extremely impressed with the diversity of tenants that live here. I feel very safe living here and haven’t seen any questionable or problem tenants that you would run into living in other apartment complexes. Also love the on-site laundry facility. Cost of laundry is much cheaper than having to drag your laundry to a laundromat. I would highly recommended this place to a friend or family member.
Legacy Court is a great and affordable place to live. I had a wonderful experience renting there from the first contact all the way till I turned in my keys a few days ago. The staff is very attentive to renters needs and respond quickly. The apt was older but clean and comfy. They also keep the property clean and nice. The biggest reason I chose Legacy Court was the low cost....but they knocked it out of the park in every other category as well. Thank you Legacy Court!!
Honestly, the apartment itself is fairly clean and comes at a low price. That’s about all this place has going for it though. Here are all the reasons I would NOT recommend this place to anyone: It comes with radiant heating, which is both slow to warm up and does nothing to circulate the air so it gets stuffy if you don’t have other forms of air flow. This might not have been a problem if not for the following reason: Smoking is totally permissible. My wife and I don’t smoke, but we couldn’t even open a window without the smoke from the downstairs neighbor wafting into our apartment, and you can forget about using your balcony. Compare this leniency to their strict ‘no pet’ policy; you’re not even allowed to keep a fish without them literally threatening to evict you, but ruining your apartment with cigarette smoke and disrupting other tenants around you is totally fine. No management help there. Lastly, the staff is very strict and impersonal when it comes to dealing with their tenants, and in seemingly inconsistent ways. For one, when our lease ended they said they would not renew it but they wouldn’t tell us why, but what was worse was that they wouldn’t send us our security deposit. We’d reported both of the needed repairs well in advance, and as a professional custodian, I can say that my wife and I did a very thorough job of cleaning the apartment after we moved out, but they charged us for their own standard cleaning procedures. They even had the audacity to say that we should owe them money for cleaning and repairs! All in all, there are other places with comparable prices in this area and you’d be better off renting from them. We’ve since moved to another complex around the corner and have been much happier with their policies and customer service, not to mention their in-unit washer and dryer, another convenience that Legacy Court is lacking.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience while living at Legacy Court Apartments. Please note our no-pet and smoking policies are very clearly stated in the lease and in our rules and regulations; and explained upfront at the lease signing. If you would like to email or call the office to go over your security dispostion, we would be more than happy to review that, line by line, with you and your spouse.
I was a renter for 14 years, any issues that came up were addressed in a professional, timely manner, management was professional and friendly, easy to work with. I would still be there if my health hadn't declined and had to move in with my kids.
This is my second opportunity to reside at Legacy Court Apartments. I lived in the cutest, fully furnished studio 6 years ago for about a year and a half. It was a very positive experience for me - no issues or complaints. I moved out-of-town, but when I found myself in a position to be looking for an apartment in Midvale once again, I went immediately without hesitation to Legacy. I just moved into a one-bedroom unit that has new carpet, new tile and a fresh coat of paint. It feels like coming home again! I could have had my pick of any apartment complexes with so many going up right now in the area, but I chose Legacy Court Apartments. There are many reasons for this choice, but two stand out: they are a small, family owned/operated business, so no humongous complexes with a zillion people in them, and the rent is affordable and reasonable. I've found that if you do your part in being the best tennant you can be and simply follow the policies in the contract, then management is going to appreciate that and treat you with respect. I have only found the staff at Legacy Court Apartments to be extremely accommodating and want to give a big shout-out to Vicki, Adrien, Mike and Coleman! Thanks for welcoming me home!
Worst Experience Ever, was told next available was in 3 months out, filled application and was rejected, I have good credit, I m a business owner, ask why it was rejected she told me I did not gave a 30 day notice to my current landlord, I told her my application was for 3 months out which you told me, if I give a 30 day notice to my current landlord were would I leave for the next 2 months, she said in a very angry voice IT'S NOT HER PROBLEM AND THEN HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME, what a joke
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Apartments stink and are dirty and the staff is RUDE! Nothing works, A/C and heat do not function, carpets are sick, faucets constantly drip, you can hear every noise! Staff seems normal in the beginning but once you sign they are impossible to work with and fight you over any tiny thing and are even rude if you call with a standard question. I even got hung up on by Wendy. You will not receive your deposit back like they say in the beginning. They give false info and keep every dollar they can with over priced charges such as "cleaning blinds" for $35 and every little thing adds up to not getting your money back. STAY AWAY!!!!
I've lived in the Legacy Court Apartments with my boyfriend for a year and a half now and I've been very satisfied with our experience here. To start, the management is great. In the past I've stayed in place where it was like pulling teeth to get management to make any changes. But not here, at legacy court they're really on top of it. For example. Our garbage disposal broke and we went over to tell them about it that afternoon, the next morning they had a plumber over to fix it and by the time we were home from work it was taken care of. Another time we had a slight kitchen flood, a pipe had burst in the middle of the night. We called the after hours number and there was someone from management there in just a few minutes. They took care of everything the next day and replaced the portion of our carpet that had gotten wet. They are very on top of things. The location is nice and it's a very quiet place to live. Since the complex has 1 bedrooms, and studio apartments there are mostly couples, singles, or older people that live here. It's really nice to not have people around that are partying at all hours of the night. Management takes noise complaints very seriously. For the most part we've had great neighbors, but for about two month we had to endure some that were very inconsiderate and very loud. They lived right above us, but made so much noise that many other tenants complained as well. The Legacy management gave them three warnings and when they didn't comply they were out. This is really a great part of Midvale to live in, you're 5 minutes away from the I-15 7200 south entrance and 5 minutes away from the I-15 9000 south entrance. It makes it really easy for a commute to work, whether you're heading north or south. The location is pretty central so it's easy to get to Jordan Landing, Fort Union, and other shopping centers. There is close proximity to two liquor stores which makes it easy to grab drinks if a holiday is around the corner and you've waited till the last minute. And there are lots of great restaurants out this way as well. Al Sabo, Ichiban Sushi, Midvale mining cafe, and Bien Cali Pho are a few of mine and my boyfriends favorites. These apartments also have in built-in laundromats and each tenant gets a key so you don't have to wait around for your laundry. . Some of the units do have apartments with washer and dryers inside, or hook-ups. Rent is reasonable, the area is clean, and the apartments are well-taken care of. We love it!
This place is decently priced. They offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month leases. They will raise the rent every time you renew your lease so be careful with that, only by $20 or so. Most utilities are included except power, which sounds great, but they only have window A/C units in the apartment so your power bill can run up pretty quick. Comcast cable is included in the rent, but if you want DVR or HD, you'll need to go down to Comcast and get setup. Our apartment had radiant heating (heat comes from the floor, no heating vents) so your apartment will be toasty. With the only having the window A/C unit in the living room/kitchen, the bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the apartment. I can agree with the person below that the water is super hot. The older units have a laundry room in each building. The newer units have washer/dryer hookups in each apartment. Overall, it's a good place to live. Good price, easy access to the freeway, and good central location in the Salt Lake valley.
This complex is great to live in. Good people, good management, & the price is decent. In our building, the water heater only produces very hot water but that's the only downside here. Other then that, we love living here!
One doesn't often think of space when they think of apartments; however, Legacy Court Apartments have so much storage with the apartments. It is the #1 reason I rent and haven't left in two years. I love feeling like I have space for everything and have it hidden away. It makes dinner parties a little easier!
