Property Ratings at Legacy Crossing Apartments
This is by far the worst apartment complex in Greensboro NC. For one they have roaches every which way you turn, the bathroom always have a dirty water smell, and don’t get me started on the terrible maintenance man! He fixes nothing. My air conditioning has been out for almost 2 months and they keep telling me I have it to low , since when is 66-68 degrees to low for a summer hot day?? No mater what you put the air on it should still blow out cold air. I’ve never had a problem with my air conditioning being on 66-68 degrees until I moved here. They have an excuse for everything. I ain’t had no air so they should take off some for the rent but they haven’t. Don’t move here because even you don’t have the same problems as I have you’re still going to eventually have a problem. I should have listened to the reviews on here and stayed away!
The renovations are really nice, I am a resident before the renovations and believe me it's like night and day!!
If I could give negative stars I would. My apartment flooded over 6 months ago and they have yet to come fix anything in my apartment. The celling leaks. Theres mold everywhere. Horrible!!! no one should live in these conditions. Maintenance doesn’t do their job. The leasing staff is beyond rude! This place needs to be shut down!
I have lived here for three years, there are worst places and there are nicer places. It is decent enough if on a budget but if you don't have to live here, save yourself the headache. They have a roach and spider problem and something is constantly breaking over and over again. When it rains the inside and outside of my apartment floods. I have seen several cars destroyed by hit and runs in front of my unit. Never a dull moment.
The apartments are infested with roahes & bedbugs! When you sign your lease it states you would have to be held responsible if you come across some but their embedded in these apartments! Myself as well as others that have stayed her had roaches and bedbugs they never come spray ! And the apartments are old and need to be redone. My pipes were bad, soaked thru my Livingston floor and black mold started growing they did not fix this problem for MONTHS! Don’t get me started on the maintenance people. They are nasty and RUDE ! They will curse right in front of you & they are rude period . These apartments don’t care about their tenants just there rent money ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !
the property manager(noel miller) n head staff (lory Arrington) are liars the buildings need to be condemned n done over there's a festation of roaches.if you can find somewhere else that what I advise you to do
i guess u pay for what u get honestly.... before i moved in i asked if they had a big bug problem as i am terribly terrified of bugs i was misled.... these apartments are so badly infested with roaches it makes no sense.... i definitely will be breaking my lease very very soon
Ashton Woods is a very affordable town home located convieniently in East Greensboro, just minutes away from downtown. The floor plans are spacious enough for the average young, female college student and her gay roommate. The low cost of the rent allows you to afford going to all of the shows and eating out every night. You'll still be able to pay your rent if you have literally any job. Period. The neighbors are an eclectic mix of different cultures, but don't forget to lock your doors. There is some reported crime. The leading office is, however, staffed with friendly and accommodating people and quick to make repairs; their will be many. All in all, it is a humbling experience, however you are likely safe, the apartments are inhabitable, and you can't beat the price.
They're beautiful aparts but they are a lil rundown, the neighborhood is ok and quiet but its nice enough.
I love those apartments they were very nice and clean, quiet neighborhood area, everything was set up in the apartment very presentable to the ones who are visiting and acquiring about there. Very tasteful...Great for single family home!
