My family and I love living here at Legacy Farm Apartments! The community is very family friendly. The apartment homes are spacious, cozy, and modern. The lake is gorgeous, and so enjoyable to take a walk around. Jimmy and the maintenance crew are also very friendly and quick to serve the residents concerning maintenance issues here at Legacy Farm.
Rhonda was fantastic and did a great job showing us around. The setup process was very simple, and the apartments are ideally located, within easy reach of everything.

The apartment is not cleaned properly when I move in. I did not feel the freshness. Appliances are very old. The staff in the leasing office are welcoming. But the staff who visits our apartment to fix the issues are very rude.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case.
Leasing and Maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very prompt and try their best to help you resolve a problem if you have one pertaining to your apartment, at their earliest possible time. The buildings are older compared to the new ones that have been built around but still they are well maintained. The only complaint I have are the children running around on the roads inside the apartment complex since they don’t have a separate play area. It’s so scary to drive around in the evening coz kids being kids, you never know when one will jump in front of your car especially when they are totally engrossed in their games !

Good amenities and neighbourhood. Swimming pool is maintained daily. Lake is okay. There’s a good trail around lake but its not paved. Rent is skyrocketing here

It's a great place under one of the best school districts. Most of the apartments are newly renovated and feel spacious, specially the kitchens with the white granite slabs. Leases are reasonably priced as well. The general lawn/ pool/ lake maintenance and amenities could improve.

The staff is really co-operative especially while there is any request for maintenance/repair. Also, love the ambience of the apartments because of the wide lake and pool amenities.

Really i nice place to be in , having good view on lake side with no noise and nice amenities with cool view pool but need improvement on maintenance over walking pathway .

Ac units are old & insufficient; can’t keep up & apt reaches close to 80 degrees on hot days. Maintenance does what they can, but it gets quite miserable. Front & high visible parts of the complex are well kept, but the other areas are lacking. They have a drainage issues that lead to several inches standing water around the stairs every time there’s a heavy rain. Gutters don’t work because they’re not maintained so everything on my balcony gets wet. They threaten fines for not picking up after dogs but no way to enforce it. So beware or the dog poop everywhere. The concrete retaining wall is falling apart outside of my building & the blocks are busted & scattered about. Bushes are dead & look neglected in front of building. They allow people store all sorts of junk on their balconies. 1st floor residents have trash & toys scattered everywhere in the grass. Breezeways are never cleaned & collect all sorts of spider webs & filth. Could be worse, but I’ve seen cheaper apts do way better.

I haven't lived here for long, but so far I can say that it is a nice, quiet and safe place to live, especially if you have children, it is located in a beautiful area of Collierville. The only thing the place lacks is a playground for children, otherwise everything is very good, the office staff is very cordial, attentive and friendly. The maintenance technicians have so far resolved my requests and left everything in order. I recommend this place to live

We initially moved into a 2 BR apartment along with our son. When it was renewal time after a year, a 3 BR apartment was available in the next building. As my wife was expecting a baby at that time, we thought it would be a good idea to move to a bigger apartment. Boy we were wrong!!! We asked several times to show us the apartment. While they showed us the apartment that were similar but not the apartment we were going to move into. They only gave us the key on the moving day. The very first night we were bitten all over by bedbugs. I was able capture one couple of days later and called the office on day 2 of moving. They sent pest control and they confirmed it was indeed bedbug. They asked us to remove all the furnitures from the wall, empty all the wardrobe and closets and leave the house for 4 hours. Now, imagine moving into a place and then 3 days later you're told you need to move all the furnitures AGAIN. And did I mention my wife was pregnant at the time? Long story short, I asked my 64 years old father to come and help me move the furniture. We leave the house for 4+ hours. We come back, and bed bugs are still there. Again, we ask pest control to come, this time it's my early teen son and I move the furnitures. They come, spray, bedbugs still there. And again like idiots we ask them to come a third time. My son and I go through the same routine, and we were still living among swarms of bedbugs. We had to make a serious decision. We did not want to live in a house full of bedbugs when our little one arrives. so, after 7 months of living in bedbug haven we broke the contract and moved out of there. We clearly mentioned in the form they provided that the reason for leaving was bedbugs. That was not taken into consideration what so ever. Now we are being asked to pay nearly $4500 because we broke our lease early and if we don't pay, they're threatening to report me collection agency. I do have some time before the deadline. I'm going to explore my legal options, because it is ridiculous that they give us an apartment filled with bedbugs and then fails to get rid of them and then expects us to pay this huge amount. To be fair, we did make some very minor damages to the apartment. I have no problem paying for those, but to give a bad product/service and then penalize someone because they refuse to use your bad product is just plain wrong and should be illegal.
I am staying in Legacy for 2 Years and wanted to renew for 3 rd year as well. But they are kept on increasing the rent for me but when I vacate they are renting the same apartment for 200$ less than what I have pay for renewing my lease. The only option I was provided is either to pay the increased rent or vacate the apartment and take a new lease. Very very horrible management policies and Zero customer satisfaction.

I have been living here only two weeks and want to leave. Infested with roaches even after pest control came they’re still here. Burnt wall sockets, the kitchen was dirty when we moved in. So many wasp on our patio and I’ve been stung. I just want out of this lease and go somewhere else.

Leasing office staff (especially one lady) is very very horrible and she doesn't know how to treat humans.... I was waiting outside the door in cold weather almost for 20 mins and she pretended as if she didn't see me waiting ... I am late by 3 mins to closing time for picking up an important piece of mail and the lady didn't even bother to ask me why I am waiting.. she rudely switched the lights off and left... If management ever cares about residents and their feedback I would be happy to sit and talk about the rude, impolite and pathetic behaviour..

They will not answer the phone after 5pm. My AC unit was not working and I called at 5:17pm and called back 4 more time to their 24 hour maintenance number and they have the AC unit marked as a priority service well at 9pm had to take my kids to a hotel because I couldn't get the apartment to get below 88 degrees and my kids had to go to school the next day, cthanks Legacy after you sign the contract they don't care about service and when you have family that's not an option. You must learn that not providing customer service with such an urgent need will not be the best way to be known, I will continue to tell family and friends that legacy looks beautiful but the service does not go along and that's what truly counts.
I have lived at legacy farms apartments for over 3 years. I've been very pleased here and would gladly recommend it to anyone. I've always received prompt attention to any issue I've had. I find the staff very professional and attentive to me and whatever my needs or requests I've had
I'm sorry I became side tracked and didn't finish. I really like Legacy Farms for their location. I really love my place. It's one unit per floor, meaning I don't share a wall with any neighbors. My ground floor unit is right next to the pool and I have a nice patio. I would and have recommended these apartments to several people. The staff are very nice and always very helpful here as well.
While I view most apartment reviews with a grain of salt due to disgruntled residents, I can honestly say I can't be more disappointed in a complex. My apartment since I moved in seven months ago is infested with golfball-sized brown spiders, that may or may not be brown recluses. The exterminator has been out time and time again, but never sprays. He puts down a toothpaste-like yellow gunk all over my window sills, counters, & baseboards that literally does nothing for the pest problem. Every time it rains, my kitchen becomes an entrance for ants. These ants get stuck in that gunk (sometimes), which I then have to clean up or else they just sit on the windowsill. It's disgusting. I cannot get a maintenance request answered. I have to go directly to the management to get anyone to acknowledge my requests. My washer/dryer has ruined 10 articles of clothing with rust, yet my complex is unable to fix it. The dumpster constantly overflows and is down into the parking lot. The communication is horrible. You can call the front office, leave a message and never get a returned call. Then they claim to not have gotten your message. They are rude, and quite frankly, don't really care if you are happy as a resident. Corporate is a joke as well. The person I was referred to there couldn't have been ruder. She didn't care that I had an issue, and she just kept telling me to contact my complex management, which I obviously had already done. I had to get a lawyer to break my lease, because I was so tired of dealing with pest issues, communication issues and maintenance issues. DO NOT rent from this complex or Fogelman Management. You will be sad that you did so.
Legacy Farms Apartments are in Collierville, TN. A peaceful community with all of the amenities needed. LFA are close to everything in Collierville. They even have a friendly staff, (though I seem drawn to Donald for some reason). I've never had a problem with break-ins and haven't heard of anyone else at this complex to experience that. The complex is kid friendly and at the same time, senior citizen friendly also. This complex just seems to be well blended. The rooms are spacious and the apartment just seems more like a home than an apartment. Usually, if I need to submit a maintenance request, I'll submit it on line before I go to bed and when I get home from work the next day, the job is completed. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
