We love it here! The facilities are always clean, staff is amazing and the community is quiet. It’s convenient to so many stores and restaurants.

Great place to live the office staff is friendly and helpful the Neighbors are willing to be helpful and talk to you and lock you in the eye instead of looking down and hoping you were passing by

We’ve been living at Legacy Heights for 2 years and absolutely love it. They truly care about their resident’s well being and experience living here. Sandra has been our number one since applying for this apartment. Huge shout out to Rich, the maintenance man. He takes pride in his work and took his time to get to know us. Jamie has also been amazing since starting at this property. Thank you for such a comforting home!

It's just another place for us to live. We all have to live somewhereand this is where we chose to make it our home and it's close to grocery stores.

me and my husband have been here over six years very happy here very quiet. No one bothers us. I love being close to the grocery stores and the fast food and the bus fine great location and these apartments have washer and dryers. No need to go to the laundromat. The staff and the maintenance are very great here when you need something they’re there for you And the maintenance. Get the work orders done pretty fast, great maintenance and the staff are very kind. Can ask for more. Thanks, Legacy Heights.

The apartment has been very nice to live in. Fairly well maintained. Maintenance requests are done quickly and correctly. Neighbors are a bit noisy but overall its been good.

Love the maintenance team. They are very nice and always quick to respond to any of my maintenance requests. You guys are truly appreciated.

We love it here. We have lived here for over 4 years and love the amenities and everything. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance also responds quickly and are very helpful.

Service crew is extremely quick and helpful . They make it extremely easy to get stuff done while you’re out and about helping minimize stress.

Decent place for the area. I've lived here a while and I generally like living here. Office and maintenance staff are friendly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The management should take care of out of state vehicles like the ones that are not registered in the state of Colorado and the ones that are disabled or that do not license plates. If possible have cameras by dumpsters make residents pay for putting unused items in and around dumpsters. As I truly believe the "good" residents end up paying for the trash service for those types of items to be removed. The residents should donate those items!!!

Since I’ve been here, it’s been good so far and I like staying here. but so far everyone’s been friendly and I like it here and I think I like to continue to stay here

Hi, I live here and I love to go to the pool In the summer, especially the big one. It’s a good community here very quiet and very nice around the environment. There’s local grocery stores plus nice gym.

Amazing apartment complex to call home. The gym and pool add a special touch and I am happy I chose to live at legacy heights. No issues with staff - all has been good

So far the people here have been very nice and helpful and the area is nice and quiet. The apartment has been wonderful so far as well, the dishwasher works great and that’s the most important part so far.

me and my husband could be here for over six years and a half happy here quiet clean apartments with washer and dryer. No need to go to the laundromat and the maintenance staff are very great. I had a problem with my stove and they replaced it with a new one immediately And also living here live being so close to the grocery stores in the fast food and there’s a bus line very close by walking distance great location thanks Legacy Heights.

I have lived at league heights arousing for many years and the thing I enjoy the most has to be that it's close to two major grocery stores.

We've lived here on and off for about a decade and it's an okay place to live. Grocery stores are within walking distance which is nice. Walls are a bit thin and we can hear the neighbors quite a bit.

Love the community and the apartment complex. Can not think of a place to live. And the maintenance team is very quick and responsive to fix whatever issues I may encounter.

Overall the apartment is nice and quiet. I wish the A/C units were quieter. The A/C or heater kicks on and you can’t hear the TV or anything.

I haven't actually seen the inside of the apt, but the clubhouse, pool and workout room are awesome! I am super excited to move in tomorrow, the lady I worked with was super nice and I can't wait to use the theatre room!

Genuinely enjoy my time here at legacy heights. From the smoothest lease setup and move in I've dealt with in years. Maintenance and office staff are always more than helpful and very respectful. Zero issues since move in, definitely would recommend

Super good place to live! Some minor issues like not warm enough water in the showers and loose door handles! Otherwise it’s a super nice area with lots of stuff nearby!

I liked living here and I am disappointed that there is no loyalty for being a good tenant. You raise the rent because you can. People like myself, even with a good job, are being forced out with rent prices sky rocketing.

Terrible experience getting moved in. Leasing office has been terrible at communicating (i.e. charging extra for rent and insurance without communicating what I need to do, and giving tours of my apartment during move-in.

I’ve been here for 3 months now and so far it’s been great. The area feels safe and the gym is small but it has what you need which is super nice. I will say it needs a little dusting. The apartment itself had some fixes it needed but the workers here do a great job and fixed them quickly. Plus, they are extremely nice. The office people are amazing and made my partner and I feel very welcomed when we first moved in. Thank you to Makayla!

I love it here. I wish the tent did not go up every time you signed the lease. That makes it to where I can’t stay here long. It’s quiet and safe and close to everything. Decent price at first. Then the price goes up so you’re forced to find somewhere else after 2 years. Hopefully that’ll change so more people can stay where they enjoy

The community is relatively nice. Buildings are very outdated and need lots of repairs however the team usually handles them in a timely manner. Amenities are decent, just need some more upkeep

Beyond amazing customer service and making sure everyone who comes move in feels safe and home. The moment you drive up and enter the office you are welcomed with smiles and a team that's ready to help you.

Really like the upgrade with the door locks and thermostat. It’s very easy to use and love how we can control by our phones. They were very organized and quick to install.

If you value your sanity, a safe environment & office staff that communicates-definitely do not move here. The office staff is the most incompetent unprofessional staff we’ve ever dealt with! The apartments are rigged up as cheaply as possible but you are charged fraudulently at move out, regardless if you leave it in good condition. Maintenance response time is ridiculous, neighbors aren’t held accountable for their music or behavior. I’ve rented for years and the only reason we didn’t move sooner was because of severe health issues. The mold in the walls exacerbated my health issues as well as the constant noise from inexcusable behavior by neighbors. A truly horrible experience.

We absolutely love living here. It is a safe, clean and friendly place to live. Everybody is amazing. The office staff and the maintenance team are truly the best group of people, and go out of their way to make sure everything is always taken care of. We had an issue with our dishwasher, and Legacy Heights gave us a gift card and has paid for our Thanksgiving dinner. We couldn’t possibly be more blessed. We highly recommend calling this property your home. We would not want to live anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team at Legacy Heights for everything you have done .

I have been trying to contact the front office so many times now to get someone to help fix the issue with the residents directly above me that I have resulted to writing a review. every single night and every single day since I moved it I have been unbelievably bothered by the excessive ; stomping, slamming of doors, running back forth between rooms, things being slammed onto the floor, what sounds like residents fighting, residents from that unit running up and down the stairs at all hours of the day, our tv getting knocked over by the amount of stomping, things falling off shelves because of their stomping and slamming of doors. This happens at ALL HOURS of the day, starting well after quite hours , into and even past 7 am. I have called Front Range Patrol so many times I am loosing count, I don’t think anyone comes out. I have not gotten a single full nights sleep since before I moved in. Every single day and every single night I am proven that being told this was a quiet neighborhood was completely and utterly false. My roommate and I try to give the neighbors above us some sign that ‘Hey, we can hear you!’ but every time they just continue their actions , sometimes even louder than before. I am so unbelievably disappointed in the utter lack of professionalism and attentiveness from Legacy Heights staff after I have tried to reach out NUMEROUS times to try and get this issue rectified. I moved across multiple state lines to move into these apartments after being promised that me , my roommate and my cat would be comfortable, it would be quiet, and we would be content. Again, we have been proven that each of those things were completely false. We were promised staff was attentive, responsive and respectful but again, we have been proven otherwise. We are counting down the days till our lease ends here because of the complete disregard shown by Legacy Heights staff.

It been very happy living her for the last 6 years me and my husband have been living comfortably here quite and and we have washer and dryer’s here so no need for to go to the laundry mat and the staff maintenance are great here. They’re very nice when you need something. They there for you. They get the job done. Also, we love being close to the grocery stores and the bus lane and all the fast food..

Good community and has awesome people living here love having the pool open during the summer and they built a new fire pit and barbecue grill which are very nice

My experience has been good so far even tho maintenance closed my order without fixing my ice maker don’t understand why. Where my apartment is located my neighbors are awesome.

Loud Neighbors and Not so great parking on North East Side of complex. Maintenance is good and usually responds on time. The front office can be snarky when you have any sort of complaints. And there is a lot of crackheads in the area.

By far my favorite place I’ve lived. The staff are all amazing and go above and beyond especially maintenance. It is a well kept and nice complex and I can walk anywhere I need to go

Love living here. The staff is what really makes this place amazing and the sense of community you get. Will be renewing for a 4th year for sure.

I'm currently going into my second year here at Legacy Heights and it's still going very well. The neighborhood is calm and quiet which at times seems to good to be true but hey, I'm definitely not complaining! I'd truly recommend this complex to any and everyone.

Unregistered cars is a big deal for me. It's part of the lease icluding people doing maintenence on cars is bot being reinforced. And residents don't seem that they are breaking lease rules

I have lived here at Legacy Heights for over 21 years! Still love it here! I've always been treated very well by the Legacy Heights staff. They are responsive to my calls and suggestions. Thank you, staff!

I truly love living at this apartment complex. It’s clean, feels safe, and homey. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is paying rent. As of November they no long accept money orders/checks and you can’t split checks up on the bilt app. For my roommate and I this makes it incredibly difficult to pay rent as sometimes one can’t make the payment until the the 1st. Which is a problem because if we decided to utilize Venmo it would be too late and we’d make a late payment. So now we have an added stress of figuring out we are going to make sure one of our accounts has all of the money by the 1st or that one of us pays before the 26ths to make a partial payment. Otherwise I truly love this community and enjoy being here

Me and my husband been here for about 6 years very happy and here comfortable here love being close to the bus line grocery stores and fast foods. Best of all is quiet and the staff and maintenance are very nice here. They always get the job done if you need something it’s more likely we were staying in the year

I lived here a little over a year. I do plan on staying. It’s close to everything. Quiet and safe. Maintenance is pretty prompt and professional. I’m not too sure about the staff in the office I never need to go in there. The communication when I do contact them needs to be more sufficient. But it’s a clean quiet and safe community. I wish the rent would go down a bit. It does go up every year but maybe one day it’ll change. I will recommend this community

My experience here was really great , maintenance was fast and friendly, the office ladies are always very helpful ! Only downfall is the road lots of potholes

Lived here for almost 5 years! Great place and great location! Staff is always helpful and responsive. Pool is great and there is another small one. Also now we have a fire pit and grills!
