Nashville, also known as Music City, is the capital of Tennessee. Often heralded as a center for country music, Nashville has also become a hub for various other genres such as bluegrass, jazz, classical, pop, soul, rock, gospel, and Americana. Renowned music venues in Nashville include the Ryman Auditorium, the Grand Ole Opry, Bridgestone Arena, and several honky-tonk bars on Broadway.
Touting big-city amenities while maintaining a small-town feel, Nashville offers residents and visitors access to a wide range of attractions. If you choose to rent in Nashville, you will have the chance to visit the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, check out the latest exhibit at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, see the Parthenon at Centennial Park, tour the Country Music Hall of Fame, catch a performance at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, watch the Tennessee Titans score touchdowns at Nissan Stadium, and bask in stunning riverfront views at Cumberland Park.

Property Ratings at Legacy Hill
your apartment when you're not there without calling first or notifying you. The "business center" is the most jacked up computer and printer set up I have ever seen and is totally useless to use as it does not function properly. I work IT and I would fire anyone who did that work. But that is the poor level of excellence you will receive here. And the dispatch team for any maintenance work will just talk down to you and push off any concerns you have. Such as sewage constantly pouring out of the kitchen sink. Yet if it was them it would be a different story. There are homeless camps that are managed better than this place. They took advantage of the fact we needed a place to live because we were moving from out of state to relocate to Nashville. To further show how the office thinks they are perfect and always right, Clara was adamant we left a review on a service and was rude to my wife about it. Well now I AM leaving a a review. I would pack up and leave right now if I did not have a lease. If you are considering these apartments, stay in a hotel and run the other way as fast as you can.
I have been living at Legacy Hill for about a year and a half now, and I love it! The location is great--I'm just twenty minutes from my job in the city, and the drive to work is breathtaking. Beautiful trees, bubbling creeks, and gorgeous houses make up the backroads drive from Legacy Hill to Nashville. The staff have been so helpful over the several months of my residence at Legacy Hill. The maintenance man, Mr. David, is a friendly face to see around the complex, and he always responds promptly and adeptly to maintenance requests. Mercedi in the front office is the most reliable emailer in town and so kind. I have always been pleased with her efficiency and genuine desire to help me. Having a Kroger, Aldi, Publix, and Trader Joe's all within about ten minutes or less makes grocery-shopping convenient, and Nashville offers an amazing variety of restaurants for when I want to eat out. I regularly hike at the Percy and Edwin Warner Parks, which offer some of the prettiest views around town. I truly love my apartment, and I think it's one of the best deals Nashville's competitive renter's market has to offer. I look forward to many more months calling Legacy Hill home!

Hello, We're thrilled with your experience. Thank you for sharing what makes our community great! We hope to continue seeing you around for another year and a half. Best regards, Quay Neach 720-348-7620 WeCare@udr.com
My roommates and I have loved living at Legacy Hill. The location is great and the value of the apartments is difficult to beat for the area! The apartments are older but well taken care of- Mr. David on the maintenance team is the best! Mercedi in the office is always so responsive to emails and has been extremely helpful and honest with my roommates and I. Thanks for making Legacy Hill a great home!
The staff are friendly and willing to help. Neighbors are quiet and the facilities are kept clean. The property feels very much like home.
Living here has been an awful, terrible, experience. The apartments are infested with brown recluse spiders, which they won’t do anything about until your 3rd old gets bit by one in the bed. I haven’t been able to safely bring my kids back to the apartment in 3 weeks and they know this so you’d think that knowing I’m having to pay for a safe place for my kids to sleep they would try and help with the rent or ridiculous fees they charge you, but no. Not only are you living with brown recluse spiders crawling out of your light fixtures and walls, you can literally hear every noise and sound from the apartments above and/or below you. Every word, cough, step, it’s out of control. Save yourself the upset and find somewhere else to live.
I’ve called SEVERAL times to book an appointment for a tour and every single time, same lady picks up and says that they’re completely booked for the entire day. I highly doubt it. And after looking around for several other reviews the exact same thing has happened to a lot of people. If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment, good luck, keep reading the reviews about this place because they’re AWFUL.

I am so sorry that this was your experience. An offsite team makes appointments for us and there is a limit on how many appointments they can schedule each day. I am so sorry we were unable to schedule a time. We also try and accommodate walk-ins and we offer self-guided tours. We hope you would reconsider coming by to visit us. Just stop in one day and let us show you around. If you have any questions please let me know. Best regards, Jody Conley 720-348-7620 WeCare@UDR.com
The office has said they have done maintenance in my apartment but I never noticed they have done anything. We still have broken fixtures, spiders, mold. This place it utterly terrible. Look elsewhere, or you might regret it like me.

Hi, I’m sorry to read about the maintenance issues in your apartment. Please contact me so I may look into your maintenance tickets and be of assistance. We want our residents to enjoy their home; I’m disappointed it’s been unpleasant. Best regards, Jody Conley 720-348-7620 WeCare@udr.com
Legacy Hill has been a great, quiet professional community to live in. The price is such a steal to be in such a great location. Swimming pool and gym access show Nashville's skyline, but leave you with a homey feel. The community is small and consists of many young medical professionals and established adults. The staff in the leasing office are wonderful! They are so kind and very polite upon every encounter. Maintenance is very timely about fixing anything you report online. If this were a gated community, I would consider giving five stars. I highly recommend this community!
If you're looking for something cheap, don't look here. BUT if you want a really nice home with nice neighbors and a quiet neighborhood, DEFINITELY look here. The pool is never obnoxiously crowded with kids and there's a fairly decent gym. They are kinda picky with the way things are kept on grounds (no furniture by the dumpsters, no visible blankets in your windows, don't leave your Christmas decorations out all year, etc), But you want a nice place, you pay for a nice place. It's actually the cheapest complex in that area. I'd recommend this place to anyone and I know the staff will set them up nicely
