About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Beautiful community! Well kept. Safe. Outstanding leasing and maintenance departments. Very resident satisfaction oriented. Everyone who works here has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. If anyone has a disability, I highly recommend this community to you!
Wish they cleaned the breezeways from leaves more often. Also they charge you to keep your bike on your patio/balcony which is insane if you ask me. Wouldn't recommend this place to live, just a lot of things they should do better. Like actually fixing the mail room door instead of sending out emails complaining about people stealing other people's packages. This place was better living before they changed management. Since then, my rent has gone up and my car has been broken into (it was parked next to my door in the complex). Really seems like the new owners really don't care about the well being of the residents.

Office people we friendly neighbors or quiet over all the community is great we have been here close to 3 months and I have no complaints..the only thing we’re struggling with is we have been locked out of our mailbox and still haven’t got that fixed yet :(

So far so good. Pretty much a nice.. and clean place to live. Office staff are friendly and helpful. The couple of maintenance requests I`ve put in have been dealt with. Only issues are things I`ve not had to deal with since moving into flats. Loud people in the flats around me.. Good price, great location for me for work.

Great community however it takes them a while to respond to emails. I have been waiting on leasing concessions since I moved in. Haven’t received any each time I ask they give you the run around and never heard from again then back to square one asking again.

Legacy Lake Norman is a well maintained community with many features that fits all ages, especially senior citizens. Although we are only a small portion of the community all my doctors' offices are within walking distance of my apartment as in the Lake Norman Regional Hospital.

Staff is nice and the area is nice, not a whole lot of crime. Very nice ammenities. Gym isn’t too bad. Pool is nice. Dark park is alright, dog poop adds up and overflows pretty often though without getting picked up for days.

Legacy Lake Norman apartment homes is an excellent place to live. They have a good selection of sizes and floor plans to choose from. The maintenance group does an excellent job of responding to maintenance requests for items in the apartment. The sales staff is extremely helpful and very professional and courteous which really impressed me when we first talked with them. If you are new to the area and looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Legacy Lake Norman as your first choice!

We love living at Legacy Lake Norman. The staff is so courteous and approachable. They are very professional in all the dealings I have had with them. We love our apartment and it is so conveniently located to either downtown, or the areas east or west of I-77 where a lot of shopping and restaurants are located. Legacy Lake Norman provides a variety of floor plans and sizes to fit most every family's needs. It is a family oriented complex and is a quiet place to relax after work, walk your dogs or children and just enjoy a sunset.

No complaints at all except that the garbage dump area is FILTHY! Garbage EVERYWHERE! Even in the grass just outside the garbage dump.

Legacy Lake Norman Apartments are a great place to live. The amenities are second to none and the entire complex is kept clean and in an orderly fashion. I really like the community app where you can send online maintenance requests or just a message to the staff. The staff keeps us updated on all events prior to them occurring so you can plan accordingly. Very quiet and nice place to live!
Legacy has been great with regards to communication and keeping my apartment well maintained! Any issues are quickly resolved, and the complex overall is well maintained and clean!

I have been a homeowner for the past 13 years so I was really nervous about moving into an apartment, but so far from the cleanliness, the staff and the amenities, Legacy Lake Norman has been the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in.

The Legacy Lake Norman Apartment complex is a beautiful and very well maintained place to live. We had two minor issues when we first moved in and both were addressed the same day I wrote the request on. I wasnt expecting this due to the size of the complex, but the maintenance technician was there shortly after I wrote the request, he identified himself and was allowed in the apartment. He stated why he was there and he began working to identify the problem. In a very short period of time he had the problems corrected and was on his way. The location of Legacy Lake Norman is wonderful. We are not just close to Doctors and the Hospital, we have several routes that we can take to go downtown, get to major shopping areas and get to I-77. The atmosphere here is calming and homey. A truly wonderful place to live.

I have lived at Legacy Lake Norman for almost two years now. The community offers nice amenities, such as a pool, business center, and laundry facility. Though the pandemic has reduced the availability of some amenities, there have been an increase in social distancing resident events. The staff here are friendly and kind and always willing to help. The layout and floorplan of my apartment is spacious and comfortable and I have had a pleasant experience living here.
