It’s been great so far, move in was smooth, Adriana was a great leasing agent. So many places are so close and the apartment is great, I’ve lived here for a month, so I will update later on, but so far it’s been great, walls are thin but not too thin to where you can hear everything, the location is great.
My move in has been smooth and welcoming. The staff has been so helpful as well. I love my new apt with the complex and plan to make this my long time home!
I like the apartments and the facilities offered by the management team so far. It is very welcoming and nice. I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Had a good experience living here. Nice area and amenities. Maintenance requests are also addressed pretty quickly, had some noise troubles with neighbors but it was resolved promptly.

I’ve seen too many reviews of people who have toured. They have yet to find out what a disaster this place is. This place has gone downhill. There’s mold, rat infestation, always seeing peoples apartments get flooded. There’s been crime activity on the rise.

It is important to mention some details that are good regarding property security changes, the new app that allows you to open the doors and gates of access to buildings and parking lots is good, but some doors and gates do not work, they are broken. The area is good to live in, and it would be good to also update the garbage processing points and the Laundry rooms at least in phase-3 (I think that being close to the garbage compactor has arisen bad smells in the Laundry room)

Overall the apartment is a god place to live. Location is what brought me here. Occasionally, communication can be minimal but not something to stop someone to live here.

Overall for apartment living very quiet place to live. If you have any issues they respond very quickly. Very walkable area to shops and restaurants which is a big plus. Took away one star because despite numerous emails about regulations on being a smoke free community, nothing seems to get done very quickly and so residents should expect to deal with indoor weed or cigarette smells despite best intentions. You kind of get used to it but if you’re very sensitive or WFH you might have to find ways to make your air fresher in your living space.

We moved to Legacy North Apartments yesterday, and while the apartment itself is good, we encountered an issue on our first day of moving in. To our surprise, we saw 30-40 cockroaches coming out of the kitchen. It's concerning that pest control wasn’t done before handing over the apartment. Although there are no other complaints so far, health and safety must be the top priority.

In April my renewal at this point my rent would increase by 100% in fours year with bell property. All the doors are broken everywhere. No safety. The lights in middle of street are out that hang. Scared. The elevator goes out more than I change clothes. The pools closed all the time. They try to come into your apartment while your working for no reason.
Decent place. I think it's overpriced for what you get. The lease terms are insanely long to get a reasonable rent price, and you get less for what you pay.
The property is good but leasing office is unhelpful, maintenance is slow and their reason is that they are always understaffed. The location is good.

I’ve been in my new apartment for almost 2 months now. So far it’s been a good experience. The move in was mostly smooth with a few minor hiccups that were quickly resolved. I’ve had several maintenance request that were quickly fixed and for the most part the apartment building is clean. I haven’t used any of the amenities yet so I’ll update the reviews then.

They haven’t fixed the gym for a long time. Been complaining about the broken equipment and non functional ones since 2months and they haven’t done anything about it. The associates working in the leasing office aren’t aware of most of the things and look confused all the times when we ask them a question. Horrible experience with the management.

Apartment is not so great! We are new residents and little disappointed seeing the place. Car parking is dirty. Maintenance can be better. Appliances are very old and dirty.

The application process stated it would take 24-48 hours to get approved. It took 2 weeks & my apartment locator had to be behind the leasing agent for my lease agreement. I was given 3 different move in payment amounts that started at $1,100 to $3,290 & after getting my keys an additional $75 that they couldn’t explain what it was for. Not to mention, 2 different set of keys that didn’t work and I had to go back to the leasing office a third time to request the lock be changed.
First night the A/C didn't work, the ceiling makes noise at night and early morning, People walking, jumping, running. It's terrible!, Hard to find the pet SPA, and when I found it, it doesn't work everything is broken, The dog park is always dirty (what's wrong with people?). It's too pretty for us not to take care of it!I had very high expectations, it is frustrating, I have not had time to visit the Gym yet, but I will not have another disappointment.
